Iamglad that mcl has opened its settlement cell at delhi, How about Chennai branch office any news, please inform me. I am a Senior Citizen and invested my hard earned money, which I keft for my daugters marriage.

It is surprising that MCL is not updating the settlement process.I have not got my refund even after submitting my claim on 21 Jan 2010.They are insisting to wait further till the cheques are cleared.
Now MCL should must publish the record total refunds made and current position.it is not possible to wait for indefinite period.
Also those friend who have got their money must give their report on this topic.Waiting for some good news.\

MCL has not updated the list in last two weeks.This may be disturbing although ther is response on mobile from the company.
The time needed by MCl is also very long and it may be the stage when fresh communication from MCL and remarks from investors are required very urgently.
Hope good sense prevail and MCL makes attempt to reassure their investors.

I have viseted MCL settlement office near sakarpur Delhi , they are not giving any date for our balance refund but they are paying only @ 4% for our balance amount .

pls send or come along with xerox copy of cheques, agreement and prefernce share certificate to Delhi Settlement office(MB-155 Shakarpur near madhuban park laxmi nagar delhi contact no:011-22453800).Once we recieve the abovementioned documents we will start processing at our end from delhi itself and after that will inform you through phone or SMS that your payment is ready then if you wish you can come to delhi office with original documents for settlement.

I have came to your office on Wednesday for collecting cheques but found that cheques are not made correctly as there was some cutting on one of the cheque and there was no sign on that cutting.

Due to this cutting I have to leave all cheques.

Apart from that kindly deduct only one incentive against my file no 3709 as deduction of other two incentives are not logical.

You are requested to make cheque again asap as I am in deep trouble due to payment of EMI against loan.
