You are asking one weeks time, when the first check got dishounered on 25th December as stated by one of the victims (Jaswinder Hora), Another thing that baffels me is your statement
"In recent past ther were certain unavoidable circumstance and turbulent business conditions the company was unable to meet its expectation and due to which the cheques of the some of the members to take back their principal investment along with interest after reducing the payment received so far"

Makes me wonder when you knew that the company is unable to meet expecatations, and you were returning some long term investors checks with 8% intrest, how come your sales persons were intensively calling other investors to invest once again with new offers, and people like Jaswinder invested once again.

With reference to your comment that "People are using abusive language instead of cooperating or providing details, that is why our appointed people are not ready to talk with customers."
Please let us know what would have been your reaction if someone stole your hard earned money (not the easy money you got from MCL). Since your company has defaulted, things like these are obvious. Please thank GOD that its only such small things that are happening, and recruit new staff that can handle such suitations and abusive language, I suggest you could ask for police protection too, I am sure if you have the intention of paying back things would be much better for you and your company.

People are devastated that their hard earned money is gone down the drain, I would say that you are either Smart, or Well connected or Lucky that you have evaded the hands of the LAW.

Unless you PROVE that you want to settle our accounts, I guess no one will believe you.

It is not understood when the company was aware of the situation aroused due to City Limouzin & Om Sai Nath why you have not taken corrective measures there it self and why you were accepting the investment till last date of Dec 2009, If you were not in situation to keep your promises. I request the director Mr Manmohan Singh that at least start paying the refund of those people whose money you have taken in the last days and even no agreement was issued to them.

Hi All Good news to share, Just now i spoked to the settlement cell and all the staffs in settlement cell are responding the investors phone call. They told me that they are going to re-pay from tomorrow onwards. Today they will send us the SMS for the same with more details. I hope every investors will get back their money back.

Dear Investor,

At the outset I convey my New Year Greetings.

I extend my full heartedness thankfulness for the co-operation your good self had shown in our company.

In recent past there were certain unavoidable circumstances due to which the company was unable to meet its expectation received so far, which annoyed our member s and they had beaten up our staff members and our different business places.

In these circumstances, we were forced to temporarily close our office. Later on the similar incidents occurred at our different business outlets and they were also forced to be closed as all the operating staff walked out fearing danger to their life.

May be this is spreading a wrong message and I am hearing rumours of company is being closed and their investment are dead, which are wrong. Our Goa office been reponed since 16.01.2010. I also assure you that all the other offices and other business outlets of the company will be operational very soon.

The company has set up a set up a settlement cell at _MB-155 Shakarpur near Madhuban Laxmi nagar Delhi, so that every member’s payments could be settled. On priority basis we shall settle the payments of those members whose even the principal investment is not returned back by returning their balance investment along with interest at the rate of 8% on principal investment. Rest of the members shall also be offered compensation amount at a later stage.

Please maintain calm and patience so that things can work out smoothly, because if this arrangements fail we shall have no option but to close this centre also.
