Has any body got a copy of the new (Latest, after cheating us the first time around) MCL investments. I feel they dont really have any new investments plans, reason, when i called up MCL settlement (Monday, 15 March) they took my name and number and said someone will call me. I am still waiting and waiting and waiting.

I feel its just one of the many tricks that MCL is playing, and they got this idea from 'Aurum Investments' another cheater company. I cant beleive that Aurum closed its office for some time and later informed its investors through a letter from a law firm, that due to unavoidable circumstances Aurum will pay back the investors basic investment.
And has started a full scale 'New Investment scheme (Ads still come in newspapers)' with much more returns. I only fear what will happen to the new investors money.

These scamsters are so well protected that they have the guts to do all this, right under the nose of the Goverment and police.

From January - February - March 2010, it looks like we have to keep on waiting and waiting to even HEAR about our settlement date. The MCL settlement team has some few standard lines which they keep on repeating everytime someone calls them, and the outcome id always ZERO.

Why isint the Management intrested in answering our e-mails or atleast replying on the open forums. The only reason I can come up with is because they DONT WANT TO PAY, and they DONT HAVE THE LIQUID MONEY. I guess the owner of MCL like his counter part has stored millions and his family is living lavishly in USA

I seriously think that we should collect money and put atleast one lakh reward to find the MCL director and hand him over to the police, anyways if we dont do anything, we are not going to get any money from MCL.

I feel if the MCL top management stays in a jail or a lock up for 1 month, they would be crying their lungs out and would feel as much pain as we do, losing our hard earned money.

I had invested in 3 different schemes run by your company in November 2009. As per the agreement co. had sent me PDcs towards the monthly refunds. I got the cheques of 1st installment cleared (for 1st month) and 2nd month all cheques are bounced due to lack of funds in account. Mr Manmohan Singh - MD of Metro Cruise limited had given lot of promises to the investors in past. They had open a Settlement cell at Delhi. I have forwarded my documents on 29th January 2010. It becomes difficult to reach them on telephone as most of the lines are busy or some times not reacheable/ switched off.
No one is picking up their HO phones ( disconnected temporarily). Their Mumbai office is closed. Mr Manmohan Singh had given lot of promises such as he has asset 10 times to that of investors money.

MCL will have to prove its worth

Any serious attempt to file criminal case against MCL and its staff will be appreciated.If they can not care for their clients and deny their rights no one can wait till indefinite time.But actually MCL wants the same and they want excuses to delay settlement.Besides legal system other steps may be taken which may seem quasi-illegal but that is the need of the hour.
All the present staff and if possible Directors must be tracked and forced to finish the settlement early.
If we can risk our money we can teach them a lesson too.
Update on the issue will be appreciated.

Its a pity that not many investors who have lost their money are active about doing anything to make their lives better. Only regularly calling the office and getting bull shit from the representatives is really not good enough. Anyone can employ workers and tell them to say specific standard lines (Call next week, I have taken your file number and I will forward it, call after 15 days, Settlement is happening slowly, someone??? will send you an sms. And so on ........). Tommorow if the current workers who are promising you will leave the company, you'll will have to start all over again.

We should all stand and unite and not be laidback and think that everything will fall in place, Stop dreaming..... I would suggest lets collect around 2-3 lakhs and hire a private investigator to find the MCL boss and hand him over to the police. Atleast we will get some words out from the MCL Boss's mouth if he wishes to pay us our hard earned money or would like to rot in jail.

Mumbai and Pune guys, we are normally the front runners in many ways, whats happened now ???. Some ass hole has run away with our money and we are just sitting around ????

I am paying the EMI every month Rs 11,915 from my account as Car is on my name , when I asked for EMI then Mr Lalit Kumar (Head od MCL Settlement Cell) promised me to pay all the EMIs but still didn't paid a single pany. Just making fools since last 3 months.

MCL is paying the capital to the selected people only.Also cheques issued after settlement are bouncing.Now it is for investors to apply their mind and find ways to recover their money.Even the cheques issued are PDC and no hope to get those credited.Once you hand over original aggreement paper to them you must get proper undertaking from person you hand over you papers.
Hiding MCL directors are operating from behind a curtain.One more and equally important querry.Please inform if someone received investment proposals from a new firm i.e BEETAL a goat farming agency where capital is insured.If yes be assured they are someehere associated with MCL.
