    contact person to person will be difficult....so we should get all data from the office incharge of the branch office of "Om sai nath" and inform them through mail or phone call, like bhagwan sharma was incharge of mumbai, so he help us to provide all data.

    Mr. J.S. Chowdhary lawyer of Mr. Rv told that his client is ready to pay all investors irrespective whether one has made complaint or not & the court already has 14 Cr at their disposal in Delhi itself to give to the investors and requested that his client may please be allowed to dispose of the property so the he can pay complete balance amount to all investors and please be given bail so he can arrange for rest of the amount if any body is left.

    The Judge S.P. Garg said he wants the complete details of investors across India from the EOW so an appropriate figure can be found as a total due amount to all the investors across India so he can decide about the bail & suggested to get a receiver/commissioner appointed to look into the settlement procedure of the same.

    The complainant's lawyers started pressing the Judge that their clients should be given the balance of the principal/invested amount first as they were the first to make complaints the judge rejected their approach & said it is unfair to the other investors from across the country & cannot be accepted.

    The IO from EOW said he has the data of the complainants & other investors but it will take 15-20 days to get them typed & present to the court then Mr. J.S. Chowdhary said his client is ready to pay any & every investor whether one comes now or later but they should be given time to check that they are genuine investors and can be authenticated by the data they have as they have come to the notice that a large nos. of bogus persons with connivance of some lawyers/internal persons are trying to take the benefit now as the case is coming to end. Mr. Aman Sareen the lawyer of Mr. Amit Verma then shown a copy given to them by the eow which had certain irregularities of such instance.

    Even Mr. Ramesh Gupta who was the lawyer of Mr. Rv in the beginning has joined the lawyers team to defend Mr. Rv & Mr. Av & supported the statement & suggested to appoint Mr. R.C. Chopra another session Judge to preside the settlement procedure as receiver/commissioner to this effect & agreed to pay his fees.

    Mr. S.P. Garg then suggested that a public notice across India should be given by the receiver/ commissioner & all investors be given chance to put forward their claims of the balance amount of the principal/invested amount and then the same to be paid 100% though may be in installments of 10-50% per installment as per convenience/settlement & put to rest the rumors of 50% payout circulated in the markets by vested interests.

    To finalize the initial procedure & agreement among the investors, complainant's lawyers & lawyers/Mr. Rv & Mr. Av the court has kept 7th September 2010 as the next hearing date.

    INDEED IT IS GOOD NEWS ! IT IS RATHER SURPRISING THAT 'GUEST' INVESTORS ARE NOT DIVULGING THEIR NAMES - EVEN INITIALS ! EVEN OUR FORUM INITIATORS ARE EVASIVE ABOUT THEIR IDENTITY ! THE SUGGESTION THAT WE SHOULD GET INFO FROM THE OFFICE OF SOSN IS NOT WORKABLE AS NONE OF THE OFFICES, TO OUR KNOWLEDGE, ARE FUNCTIONING. MOREOVER, THE HARD DISC AND RECORDS HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY EOWs/POLICE. IN SUCH A SITUATION, IT WOULD BE BETTER IF EACH INDIVIDUAL ADDRESSES THE CONCERNED EOW WITH FULL DATA/INFO OF INVESTMENT SO THAT THEY ARE NOT LEFT OUT.     Kindly update us on the view of court for the investors who hadn't filed any complaint and are with company having full faith and wants to go with complete tenure of 60 months as per contract.
    Will they be getting money for complete 60 months as per contract once Mr RV will be out and restart his business??

    Let us not jump to conclusions that RV will revive 60-month payment plan immediately.
    Firstly, he has to get out of jail; secondly, his accounts have to be defrozen; thirdly, he should be able to dispose of the properties held by him; fourthly, make out a plan of repayment of balance principals depending upon availabilaity of funds; lastly, he should be able to re-run the company (which can happen only when more investments are made and he is allowed by the authorities to operate smoothly,which appears doubtful).
    Therefore, it is my personal view that, in the first instance, we concentrate on a payment of principal plan. Only then other steps would follow. As such need of the hour is not to get carried away by rumours. For most of us, even relealsing our principal would be a bonanza. There are investors who have not got back even a single penny!
    Only thing is to remain calm, positive and cooperative. Best of luck.
    By the way it is hoped that the advice given in this forum that all investors who have not filed any complaint so far, should file their data/informaton with the respective EOWs so that our claims are also considered. Hope for the best. DSR

    Default Good new Hearing on 09.09.2010

    The Sessions Courts today ordered constitution of a Committee under the Chairmanship of a Retired Judge Justice Chopra to oversee the process of raising the requisite funds and distributing Principal amount amongst the Investors. The Committee will comprise of Representatives from SOSN, Delhi Police and Investors . The Delhi Police have confirmed a cash reserve of Rs. 15.00 crore in the name of RV and the rest of necessary fund will be raised by liquidating the properties of RV. RV is likely to get bail on 09.09.2010 i.e. on next date of hearing.

    Lets hope for the good.

    It feels very good when members like Anilji promptly inform through postings as well as emails the latest info. My request to Anilji and other likeminded members is to maintain the spirit in overall interest. Here, I would like to make a point which may be kept in view while the case is heard on the subsequent dates: All data is available with the SOSN staff/office either in the computer disc or the copies of documents which were collected when company decided to go in for Electronic Clearing System for payments in November-December'09. This needs to be stressed by the concerned at the time of hearings. Of course, the Committee would itself be devising ways and means to get the uptodate info. But there may be some investors, who may not become aware of such procedures due to inaccessibility etc.
    Let us hope for the best. Waiting for the 9th Sept hearing outcome. DSR

    Default How to make 34L by investing just 7000

    Hi All,

    I know we all are looser because of SOSN failure. To make our money 5 times we were ready to take risk of 1.25L which we took and most of us even could not get the principal back forget about the profit.

    However I came across one beautifull business proposal which will require only 7000 to invest. I know all of you must be bored of hearing the word investment. But there is ground rule that without investing money money can not be made. I will give you full details of the plan.
