Why are the investors of Delhi so silent nowdays and they expect other to update them about proceddings at other cities ???

I once again request investors of Delhi or whoever was present at the court on 27 to kindly update this forum as to what happened at court in Delhi on 27 th July

It is understood the next doh is 6th Aug'10. I agree that Delhi investors are very reserved! As for myself, owing to age factor (I'm 73+) I have limited mobility. Request Delhi investors who are attending Court, to please update. Let us remain positive and hope for the best. DSR

Dear Investor Friends,
For the last few days, some people are giving phone calls to the SOSN Investors to take 50% of the sum invested by them in the Resort Plan and settle the dispute in totality. These people are giving phone calls on behalf of SOSN. But I caution to the SOSN investors not to fall in the net of this type of people. I have come to know from a reliable source that Roopesh Verma is ready to return the principal money invested by the investors in discharge of his liabilities. That is why, some people claiming to be agents of SOSN have started settlement of the innocent investors at 50% of the sum invested by them so that they can take 100% from RV and in this way they will earn 100% on their investment in a very short time. On the other hand, the bonafide investors will lose 50% of the principal sum invested by them out of their hard earned money. These people think that by now, we the investors must be fed up with the never ending court proceedings and we will accept whatever is offered by some so called agent of the SOSN. Therefore we should not accept less then 100% of the invested amount plus saving bank interest paid by the nationalized bank. Please also inform to the other investors who are not part of this forum.

lekin main yeh kehna chahta hoon ki kahin 100% lene ke chakar mein 50% bhi naa chala jaye. kyoki abhi to pata nahin kab roopesh verma kp abil milegi aur kab wo paise dega ya phir dega ya nahin

Dear Investors Friend,

We were away to Tirupati Trumala, Rameshwaram, Madurai & Kanyakumari to pray for an early solution for investors. We were having some unconfirmed information about 19th July 10 as no of investors are loosing interest even within our group to attend & give information besides that we does not want to be cauterized just in case we put incorrect info.

What we were able to gather about 19th July 10 hearing is that Mr. Av was given 2nd August 10 for the bail hearing & he was also maintaining the statement of giving money to investors but how was not deliberated upon. He also said that he has resigned from the directorship (read chairman) of sosn in September 09 & was waiting for his money to be given by sosn (probably in crores & it lead to the sosn fiasco).

On 27th July 10 Mr. Rv was present in court & he maintained his statement of giving investors money back was given a PC to eow delhi (Mr. Ajay Pandey Judge was absent) for 3 days to be presented in court on 29th July10 (information awaited) the next hearing date was given as 6th August 10 (normal case hearing date is 10th August 10).

There are rumors about 50% payment of balance of principal/invested amount by Mr. Rv & Mr Av (25% inside the jail 25% outside the jail) No confirmation yet.

Sosn Investors Forum view point:

Mr. Av & Mr. Rv should run the company & pay 100% of invested/principal balance amount, those wants to continue should be given pm profit/return/compensation as mentioned in the agreement. A better way would be to settle out of the court with the investors to avoid any further delay.

We are directly not averse to some investors agreeing to 50 % pay out as mentioned above let it be the prerogative of individual investor to decide but such proposal should be presented in open so every one has his/her own freewill to decide.

After a long time I am for the first time posting my comment. Justice in india is similar to darshan of physical god.
What about delhi, jaipur hearings. What about media and what abt corrupt commonwealth games purchases. It is all and all people suffering. Either we raise our voice through and wait for years to come or wait for the Sai to give a definite decision to those who are acting to be culprits and not releasing Mr. RV. Is RV interested in getting released or not ! Please get on to hand support to release Mr. RV and start his business to save a lot many people hard earned money.

Can you tell me who will settle claims of SOSN Resort Plan Investors by paying 50% outstanding principal amount if there is no chance of recovery of money from SOSN or RV. As a matter of fact, RV is ready to pay 100% outstanding principal amount. That is why some people are willing to settle claims of resort plan investors of SOSN by paying only 50 % of the outstanding principal amount so that they can earn 100% return on their investment within a very short period. So please don't fall pray to these unscrupulous people and wait for the payment on the part of SOSN or RV. Please also bring these facts in the knowledge of the Court if possible.

We are investor for sosn. We meet mr. Arya personally & he says mr verma are also not interested to get money back, if he want bail we were present in hearing. And he also says the verma's have all goods facility in jail.

I can't understand anything because someone is telling that plz wait for sometime you will get your 100% payment and other is telling that Mr. verma are not intrested to get money back. i am still confuse. plz tell me what will i do now.
