Investor forums from Delhi & Jaipur , please update for the Court hearings on 03/06/2010 for the benefit of all Investors.

Delhi Police alongwith Roopesh did not turn up for hearing before the court for reasons unknown. The Court have given 1st July, 2010 as next date of hearing. God knows what is in store for us.

What happened there anyone knows,please apdate and let us know about it......,,,,,,,,,,,

3 jun Delhi court judge was waiting for all of them but no one was present in the court thats why,after getting tired to wait for them judge has given the date of 1st july so no any result yestarday..............in delhi court......one month we have to wait for the another result..............

there is still confusion - 3rd june appears date both at delhi and as well as jaipur ! That appears the reason for confusion and improper coordination on behalf of lawyers - perhaps a deliberate one to the discomfiture of poor investors. Dsr

The hearing was scheduled at 10 am but irrespective of production warrant & beginning of normal hearing of the case the Delhi Police/EOW was unable to present Mr. Rv (unconfirmed information states that Mr. Rv has been taken by Bangalore police from Indore). No discussions held between the lawyers or the Judge.

The court of Mr. Ajay Pandey waited till noon for the production of Mr. Rv & then gave 1st July 2010 as next hearing date after the courts reopen (summer vacations). The complainants lawyers now also seems to be of the opinion of a reconciliation but our judicial system takes its own time.

Now it seems both the complainant's & accused & their Lawyers should sit together & reconcile and get to an agreement as desired by them in the 6th May 10 hearing & help sosn to start giving dues to all investors at the earliest.

sab investor ko jaag jaana chahiye, Now all the sosn investor should gather and arrange a meeting to raise their voice against SOSN like The Symbiosys group investors are arranging meeting and taking actions about their money which got stuck in the fraud.

Please tell me is there any hope of getting money, in pune some of the investors are going to an advocate and he has assured that all those come to him will get their money, but what about those who don't go? The investors those have gone say they will get the money from the court, and those who did not go they won't get single paisa ? So please let me know whether this is true because after losing more than 100000/- i don't have a single pai to spend on the advocate, this is the condition of maximum investors so please reply. And tell what we should do.

Any way we will get our money because the case is filed for everyone and government is responsble for everything it will be little late but still in process anyway govt has to think about everyone not only about 2500 people there are more 25000 people there......

1st thing all these fraud companies Shree Om Sainath Car on Rent ltd , Aurum Realty were having account in Axis bank. (Because Axix bank requires money in reservoir it will take care of these big account holders first.)
2nd thing checks are system generated so its 100% imposible that check with same check no. will be issued. Also Axis bank was never questioned for the same. This drama is played by bastard RV and his family .
3rd thing even though if it is confirm that RV has done fraud no court in India will not let RV to get relieved on bail .
But still we will not let our hope down and support RV till he is released and return our valueble money. And if he will not give my money back I will kill that bastard in front of public. And i will torture his family endlessly. Where ever he and his family members live I will not let them leave happily. I know police or court will jail me for not more then 7 years . I will accept this.

RV is bastard of the bastards.......hang this motherfucker......becouse of him lots of people are committing suicide. book him for attempt to murder,murder,robbery,fraud......etc...etc.He and his family are enjoying luxuries on the cheated fund......i will appeal to court never give bail to this bastard so that in near future no bastard will dare to repeat it.
