If filing FIR will solve prioblem we can do it. Bit the problem will not be solved by filing FIR Now the case is coming to some shape and they are tryinhg to relese Mr RV on bail and now if you people advice to file FIR now it is rediculous. So please don't give wrong advices and please wait for another three or four days, when we have waited for six months why not for another three or four days.

This would be the right approach - to wait for a few more days. By the way, when the complainant's lawyers are allowed access to what transpired among the Judge, RV, Arya, etc then we have also a right to know the details and what transpired there. When we have given support affidavit or not filed FIRs so far, we must insist on Arya to let us have a say, or at least be heard and informed of the outcome on 15th. Some one in touch with Arya must insist on this approach. DSR

Mr. Balasubramanya is right. Dont file any more FIRS. People are trying to misguide by asking them to file FIR's as they dont want MR. Verma to come out because once Mr. Verma is out this people will land in trouble. Please wait.

some complaintants are trying to misguide all innnocent investors so be careful from them I know that please they all come in trouble and they want to put all everybudy in trouble dont listen to anyone and be safe...............go through the processadure...............everything will be o k soon.............

We have waited for long, but isnt that Mr. Arya or some1 from SOSN stand up & give proper information to the investers so no1 else can mis guide the investers. We have waited for long, we have been neutral, awaiting if we get the money, which so far is seen only in stories & imagination.

Atleast if Mr. RV or Arya is honest, they have to stand up & provide proper information to the investers, we were there with him in good times and i dont think people will back off in bad times......

Please stand up & let us know what are the plans we investers would stand up with Mr. RV.

It is not correct when the matter in judicial custody any body even Mr RV or Mr. Arya cannot give any information without the knowledge of the Judge. They cannot pass theinformation what they have discussed in the closed doors. You can ask for the open court discussions. When they have gioven time we have to wait. The question of honesty will not come here when the matter is judicial in nature. People who does not have knowledge of the court matter must know that when the matter is in the custody of court or Judge they cannot pass the comments or their views in that matter. It will become wrong. Hence nobody is commenting or giveing their view in this matter. We will wait I think the good time has come for all of us and we will get our hard earned money shortly.

O K than what are you reading since this meny months there is no fraud detected there is no any strong point where Mr.Varma has cheated investors what for he is still in the custody so result has to come soon it means he can run his company again and how soon dates are coming 6,11,15,19 means he will get bail soon it dosent make any differance to anyone ealse only to the Investors encluid you ...... thats think positive .....people are working they dont think day and nigh some people are just Idle comenting not doing anything not leting do anybody......

Please update what happened in delhi court today as Judge was supposed to give his verdict in today's hearing and all the required papers were submitted in court on last hearing and judge gave today's date for his decision.
