I appreciate your effort. My advice is to put pressure on Court, Police, EOW, Lawyers from both side to do justice. We all should fight to get our hard earn money. I also request to people who have filed complaints, ask your lawyers to act and to help in recovering our money. All The Best to all of you.

Please tell me on what terms and conditions, bail has been granted to Roopesh Verma by Mumbai Court. I mean to say whether Roopesh Verma has been given conditional bail to run the company or not.

Not really known but some news have have come that Mumbai office is expected to open soon maximum by 10 May & disbursement from IDBI Bank will start soon for Mumbai people & in other cities only after Mr. Verma gets bail in that city. Though it seems unfair but if any where ECS starts it will help investor. Other cities investors should now decide whether to wait for long or get together to help Mr. Verma gets bail like in Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Banglore etc.

I will with my friends & relatives 12-15 in nos will join the group on 6th May at patiala court at 2 pm. We also want our money back fast.

Some people are claiming that bail has been granted to Roopesh Verma by Mumbai Court. But they are not in a position to tell on what terms and conditions bail has been granted. It appears either they have not gone through the bail order passed by Mumbai Court or no bail order has been passed. On my repeated quarry, the gentleman at serial no.770 has stated that by 10th May Bombay Office will open and payment will start through ECS provided bail is granted by Mumbai Court to Roopesh Verma. It means no bail has been granted to Roopesh Verma by Mumbai court.. In case no bail has been granted to Roopesh Verma by Mumbai Court then how can we expect that he will certainly get bail in Delhi. If bail is not granted then why people are posting false informations on this forum and congratulating to each other.

Angry Bank Loan EMIs, big problem

    Dear all,
I am an investor from Patna. I invested in Car Rental Plan of SOSN. SOSN purchased a Car in my name and entered into a lease agreement with me where-under I was getting assured monthly income of Rs.13,000/- plus EMI of Rs.18500/-. All of a sudden the company closed its business operations and offices and wef 10.12.2009, I am constrained to pay EMIs of Rs.18,500/- from my own pocket. I am in private service and my monthly salary is only Rs.20000/- out of which Rs.18500/- are paid by me towards bank EMI. For the last three months I am not in a position to pay Bank EMIs on account of illness of my child. So Bank Recovery Agents came to my house and beated me mercilessly in broad day light and threatened that in case EMIs are not paid, I will have to face dire consequences. Even police did not come to my rescue. I am suffering from grave physical and mental torture on account of non payment of EMIs by SOSN. In case SOSN is not in a postion to pay all investors, at least they should make some arrangemnt for payment of EMIs of car loans because the investors like me who purchased cars in their name are worst suffers. They lost their money and monthly income and now they are also paying Bank EMIs from their own pocket. But it appears SOSN is no more concerned with payment of EMIs. Please tell me what to do.

Now you are saying that Mumbai office will open by 10th May and disbursement will start through ECS only after Mr.Verma gets bail in Mumbai. It means no bail has been granted by Mumbai Court. Even if granted, you dont know on what terms and conditions bail has been granted by Mumbai Court. In totality, situation is full of confusion. I met Mr. Arya, Advocate of Mr. Verma in Patiala House Court. He says he can not say anything about bail. It may be granted or may not be granted. I think this forum is being misused by some people with an intent to make investors fool and keep them guessing what would happen on the next date.

Nobody is willing to help the helpless investors who blindly trusted SOSN and invested their hard earned money in their schemes. Those who have leased cars to SOSN are on the verge of starvation and suiside because they are bound to deposit Bank EMIs from their own pockets. But who cares.

Exclamation Every one will get money, no need to fight among ourselves

Dear all, there is no need to fight among ourselves, reason being most of us don't exactly understand our judicial/legal system thoroughly (and English vernacular & interpretations as well) . Any bail & every bail is conditional & the condition is if the gentleman accused who have got bail does not appear in the court on the given date/next hearing (if it is within his reach to do so) his bail money/guarantee/assets pledged towards bail requirement will be seized/taken over/ with held & bail is cancelled & the accused is declared absconding. The court in most of the cases cannot add any other conditions unless & until warranted so. This case is being treated under IPC 420 (though other sections 406, 409 & 120B are also there, but seems to be ineffective as no evidence/proof of fraud is submitted) in which the accused stands a very good chance of getting bail even before & after filing of charge-sheet.

Even if the office at Mumbai opens (even City Limousine office were kept open irrespective Mr. Masood was to be arrested) the money flow will take time because Mr. Verma needs to get bail in all places where ever FIR is filed & cannot release payments unless all sosn a/cs are de-froze so don't worry money is safe.

Now why he got bail in Mumbai & yet to get any where else because, it definitely seems to be the work of group of Investors as I have come to know they have given affidavit of support to Sosn which as a document was submitted to the Judge along with the bail papers which in Delhi has not been done, only Affidavit of support & declaration was given to Mr. Arya which the court has taken Notice & MORE EVER I FEEL THE COMPLAINANT'S LAWYERS DOES NOT WANT MR. VERMA TO GET BAIL, so the case in Delhi is entirely different & the fate of large nos of Investors across India depends on them & not on the Judge, judicial system or even Mr. Arya (poor fellow).

I have seen some group of Investors are going to meet at patiala court on 6th May 10 at 2 pm, I fully support their cause (I am also an Investor). All should come as it is our hard earn money we cannot loose it just because of some complainant's lawyers taking us for a ride. I will also be there.

Default MR Arya (Advocate) Poor in Advocacy!!

It seems Mr Arya is not able to handle the case of Mr Roopesh Verma. He doesn't seems to be a strong advocate. He is only dependent on Public support. even people submitted affidavits in support of Roopesh Verma. God knows how he is not able to plead for Roopesh verma.
If he doesn't know how to handle the case he should do practice in consumer courts or in lower courts and he should work like the Notary Public does. Shame on you Mr Arya. You are still not able to convince judge and get the bail of Mr Roopesh.

    Thanks

In case SOSN is not in a postion to pay all investors, at least they should make some arrangement for payment of Bank EMIs of car loans immediately because the investors who purchased cars in their names are worst suffers. Firstly they lost their money and monthly income and now they are also paying Bank EMIs from their own pocket for the last five months. In case this aspect is put before the court by Mr. Arya on the date fixed, the court can pass suitable orders directing SOSN to make arrangement for payment of Bank EMIs.
