I was just wondering, during the City Limouzine fiasco, people from all over the country were putting up updates on forums like this. But over here it is only investors from Delhi, who are putting in the inputs.

Moreover, I have had a talk with Mumbai office yesterday and found it is open and asking to be patient. I would agree with Ajay, once money is out from your pocket, you can only pray for good, manhandling the staff would worsen the things.

One point I could not overlook over here is the manner the company has reacted to the situation, they have updated there website, until 16th they were also accepting calls in Delhi, currently they are operational in Mumbai and Pune atleast where I have had a word with them. Rupesh Verma was abducted by police and he got quick bail from the court after showing his papers are correct. All these factors forces me to think that there is hope for all of us investors. Surely, time will tell.

I am also an investor like you worried about my investments done in SOSN.

All other companies like SOSN are running successfully across india. I believe SOSN can also run successfully and pay us our hard earned money.

I have been trying all channels to know the information about SOSN & outcome of Mr. Rupesh remand. I have been trying like you all to speak to their other offices sometime I get success also. As per Pune office (spoken today 22/12/09) as soon as Mr. Rupesh is out the Delhi office and other office will open. After his signature ECS will start from IDBI Bank. As per latest info Mr. Rupesh through his lawyer have already committed to the court to pay investors money by the end of december. Their partner companies Swiss cab & Shree Resorts are doing well and running.
Lets hope for the best.

Please tell me what is happening. Was delhi office opened on 20th or latter as per lot of comments we got in this forum.

I have called on its delhi and mumbai office too but no body is picking phone. I would like to get some new comments from the well wishers of Roopesh Verma. I have lost all my money in this fraud and even not able to carry my routine expenditures.

pls let me know when you came back from office,, what is the situation and how we can get our money back.

It is well known to all investors that some Delhi based investors have not received monthly profit + EMI for the month of Oct & Nov 2009 (which were due on 10th of Nov & Dec 2009. But the investor have already paid EMI of the vehicles leased to company for the month of Oct & Nov 2009 and now the EMI for the month of Dec has been due. If we investors will not get our regular monthly profit & EMI of the vehicle from the company, how is it possible for the investor to pay next EMI of the vehicle to the financier without receiving from the company. The problem which is being created by the investors in Delhi and some other stations, this all has happened due to mismanagement of the company SOSN. In case at least 20% or 25% investors would have received their monthly income through ECS, remaining investors might have waited in the hope that they too will receive in near future. The investors got angry because even a single ECS has not been started by the company. At least ECS in respect of those investors should have been started those who have submitted the NEFT forms alongwith other requisite documents on or before 05th of Dec 2009.
Second problem, all staff members employed in Delhi/NCR have switched off their mobile phones. Hence investors are very much perturbed because of there is no communication between the staff members and investors. If situation will continue like this, then poor investors will be unrest and there could be any untoward happenings.
If the SOSN Company want to run its business and growth of the Company in future, I suggest that the Company should start the ECS as soon as possible. As and when the poor investors will start getting their monthly profit + EMI (applicable in case of vehicle owner) the problems will be solved/eased automatically.
Let us hope for good news to be heard on 26th of Dec 2009.

As per my information Roopesh is still in police custody. The court will hear his case on 26th in which he is likely to get bail. Please share any update you have on this.

Finally got to speak to one of the SOSN official today & as per him , Roppesh Verma will appear fr bail on 26th Dec & we will have to wait until he is released. Dont know what will happen after that. Pls do advise if there is any further update in this case.

Hello Friends,

Today I contacted Mumbai Office Land Line No 022-28662940. They tole that most probably Delhi Office will be opened on or after 28th of Dec 2009 with the help of police protection and after that ECS will be started. They also assured that ECS payment for month of Oct/Nov which were due on 10th of Nov & Dec 2009 will be transferred asap and payment for the month of Dec 2009 due on 10th Jan 2010 will be transferred by 10th of Jan 2010 positively.

A person named Harish from Bangalore introduced himself as an investor of SOSN contacted me from his mobile No 09538479156 on 23-12/09 evening and he, too, was giving the assurance that Delhi Office will be opened on or after 28th of Dec 2009 and after that ECS will be started.

Rest depends on the situation and our luck. Let us see, which way the wind blows.

sir i m vishnu dutt sharma resident of delhi i have invested in one resort scheme in sosn for this month i have not received the payment frm them my family is surviving on this amount i m in lot of trouble if co is right than why they have stop the payments to investors to keep their goodwill they have to make the payment to all of investors in time . I request Mr. Rupesh verma to be honest and make his goodwill bye making payment to all investors bcauz if they will prove him self at this time right in future all will trust on him and they will get more investments frm peopele.

As i have been continuously watching and posting this forum, it seems that postponing the dates in this manner i e 11dec->14dec->20dec->28dec , is likely very tricky decision.
I think offices could also be opened in the absence of roopesh verma also as his management can handle these issues very well. This will also provide help to roopesh verma in the alleged complaints against him.

Businessman sent to seven days police custody in cheating case

New Delhi: A Delhi court today remanded to seven days' police custody the managing director of a finance firm who was arrested for allegedly duping investors of around Rs 2,000 crores.

Accused Rupesh Verma, who was produced before Metropolitan Magistrate Jitender Mishra on conclusion of his two-day custodial interrogation, was remanded to police custody till December 25.

The court allowed the plea of Delhi police that the probe into the fraud was "inconclusive" and the accused was required to be quizzed for a longer period to unravel the case.

Police, meanwhile, informed the court that it had recovered Rs 2.15 crore cash at the instance of Verma during the investigation.

The court also asked the police to ascertain movable and immovable assets of the accused which could be used in paying back the dues of the investors.

Verma, managing director of Delhi-based M/s Shri Om Sai Nath Car On Rent Ltd, was arrested from the Press Club of India when he was addressing the media.

Senior advocate Ramesh Gupta, appearing for Verma, said "no purpose would be served by sending the accused behind the bars as the company was capable was paying back the dues of its investors."

Two FIRs were lodged against Verma and his firm under the IPC on the charge of cheating and misappropriation of funds.
