- Ab mumbai usko 11 tarikh tak PC par rakhegi.
- 8 March ko jab Roopesh Delhi mae hoiga hi nahi to kaise Dharmeder Arya "optimisitc" ho ke kah kah raha ki wo nikal jayega. Agrar bina Roopesh ke aane se ye sab ho sakta to ab tak ho chuka hota.

In sab bato se to yehi lag raha hae ki sab pahle se tay kar ke rakha hae ROOPESH, LAWYERS, EOW, POLICE, DHARMENDAR ARYA aur Roopesh ke partners aur uske gharwalo ne.

Agar hazaro Logo se 2 - 3 lakh le kar Roopesh 2000 - 3000 hazar crore bana sakta hae to wo hi log mil kar sirf 2000 -3000 RUPAY mila kar 3 - 4 crore ikhata kar sakti hae joki usko aur uske staff ko jail mae rakhne ke liye kafi hae. Aur kuch log to itna gussae mae h ki akele hi 2-3 lakh bhi kharch kar dege. Phir jaise ham pareshan ho rahe hae "date pe date" waisie hi in sab logo ke family members pareshan hoge chakar laga kar. Aur hamari court phir date pe date degi ya judge chuti bana raha hoga.

Agar Roopesh sach mae sahi hae,ya phir bank ya Business ke hi kisi problem se ye sab hua hae hum b pateince rakhege ge kuki business mae to utar chadaw aate hi hae.

The complainants lawyers were not allowing Mr. Dharmender Arya to speak taking up flimsy excuses of telling the court he will runaway But Mr. Arya has submitted to the court the approximate value of the properties, hotels, resorts, cars, office premises, bank accounts, cash & other assets confiscated/sealed/frozen by the police/eow and said it is sufficient enough to repay all the investors dues as the company was running for last 9-10 years and now he is not able to run the business because of the unreasonable complaints/FIR he is suffering loss of business, revenue, income, goodwill etc. in his own right.

Today the Judge has categorically mentioned that all those who have made complaints any where in India & has already received the invested amount in 13-18 months of repayment can not make any claim. Those who have given affidavit of support and/or Declaration of Support will definitely be getting their returns/profit/compensation pm as per contract/agreement for rest of the period of 60 months. Those who have not given any Affidavit of support or Declaration for support can give the same at the earliest before next hearing or otherwise can make complaint if they so wish. Those who does not want to make complaint or give Affidavit of support or Declaration for support can wait for the company to restart & the company will take appropriate business decision at that time.

Mr. Arya has said that the case is in Mr. Vermas favour as the police/eow till today has not been able to gather any concrete evidence other then the no of complaints out of which most have already received their invested amount back & now they cannot have any claim/complaints. Company is also contemplating to sue the complainants and looking forward to claim crores of rupees in damages & image loss as & when the time comes. He also mentioned that Roopesh Verma in Mumbai court has said, “I have informed the investors of the problems in the company & I have also said to other courts that I want to return the due money of every investor.”

Yesterday I was visit the EOW in Mumbai and meet the Mr. Atahvleand (Inspector)and discussed about the issue he advise me such that investor will get their money 100% through court but it will take some time, I also saw the all Kandivali (Head office Mumbai) STAFF member is present in EOW office, they guys look like very cool I have asked them they told me that investigation is going and also told me yesterday kandivali office is open for five hours and police again investigate the issue with Roopash Verma but I feel they guys don’t have any tension all are enjoying the situation staff present Mr. Sammer sony,amul ,sanjvee sirivstave etc , Mr. Atahvleintoget them. Mr. Atahvle also told me they have near about 450 cars among 140 cars they don’t know whose is the owner of the cars, so please if anybody wants his car they immediately contact to EOW and they will easily get their cars. For perecatiounary purpose my suggestion is please logged the complaint but this is your choice.
Hum sab Investor nahi samaj sakte ke sach kya hai, Mumbai ke bhaut sare investor ne complaint logged kya hai for safty purpose. As per the data base Roopash having very strong funds and he also capable of paying money to each investor. ALL PROPERTY AND ASSEST ki keemat 220 crort ki hai.

I am a investor of company "shri resort" a unit of Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent Pvt, as per promised by authorities of Delhi office, They provide us a agreement and monthly and annual cheques against one time investment and we have to put these cheques on 10th of every month in over banks. In Novmber'09 they have bounced aprox. 70% cheques due to funds not sufficient, as per them they have some problem with that (Kothrud branch of Axis bank) so they will do the direct money transfer, for that we have to submitted over original cheques and photocopy of that agreement, we had submitted it but on 10 Dec'09 we haven't received any money in over bank accounts and the other branch (Statements house, CP) cheques also bounced due to stop payments and offices are closed by 10th Dec’09, as per them they will transfer money by 14th nov'09. can any one suggest what will I do, I am in very big trouble. the office address of Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent Kothrud, Pune -411030

I believe we should send as many as Affidavit or Declaration for support it is in our favour and as no charge sheet is ready and roopesh verma is ready to give money to every one we will surely be getting our money and also now court and Mr. Arya has said that "Those who have given affidavit of support and/or Declaration of Support will definitely be getting their returns/profit/compensation pm as per contract/agreement for rest of the period of 60 months." also they have 300 crores of assets to pay money to investors, we are rest assured.
