I just had a talk in Mumbai branch, they told me that people are creating problem in Delhi itself. Other branches are working fine. If we don't allow the working staff to work then how can expect the ECS amount transferred in to our account. Here in Delhi People are using vulgar languages against the working staff and not allowing them to work. We himself wasting time in these things and asking them why the payment not made till yet.
Roopesh Verma came in Delhi for Press conference but we created problem over there.
Friends i m not against anyone. Everyone has a right to say if something wrong. Right now we are standing here in same platform. I am only saying because we don't want what was happened with City lemouzine. Please allow them to work and see the result.If you see the Website comments 90% of the people are still in favour of this company.
AGAIN PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO WORK FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE INVESTORS OF DELHI.

Yes, i am totally agree with Mr. Ajay.The situation was same here in Jaipur itself, but now people understood and office is open and staff is working properly. They are asking the same time 15-20 days to start the ECS after collecting the whole data. So we should have patience and let them give a change to do their work, if still nothing happens then we all are ofcourse together and will take the proper action after consulting. But first of all we should cooperate them for the next 20 days atleast.

Axis Bank accused of issuing same series of cheques to two companies

New Delhi, Dec 17: A private investment group on Wednesday claimed to have suffered a huge loss due to the acute apathy of Axis Bank which provided the cheques of same serial numbers to it and also to the TTK group. Addressing the media here, Managing Director of Group, Roopesh Verma said: "We noticed that the Bangalore branch of Axis Bank had issued same number / series of 'at par' account cheques to TTK group and Sri Omsainath Group."

Verma also claimed that even after holding meetings with the Bank's senior officials nothing fruitful came out

During the conference, Verma also distributed some copies of cheques and his company's correspondence with the Axis bank to substantiate his allegations with 'proof'.

He also said the Group has filed a detailed complaint with the Bank Ombudsman over the apathy of the Axis Bank

"Now after our 'Banglore experience,' we told the Axis Bank officially not to clear any cheques issued by us, unless they have verified the same from our Mumbai head office," he said.

Verma also alleged that even after requesting for cross examination the bank went on bouncing the cheques issued by the Group.

He also ensured that the investment made by the clients is safe and maintained the Group is not one of those fly-by-night financial institutions that are notorious for wheeling-dealing.

Earlier, in November, the Sri Omsainath Investment Group blamed the Bank for issuing of duplicate cheques that eventually bounced.

Verma had also displayed two different cheques of exactly same number but issued to two different people from the Bank.

Verma has also demanded a full-fledged inquiry into the matter.

I have personally spoken to the right person (not able to speak to Mr. Rupesh Verma) every thing is clear now the judge is satisfied with the replies and documentation and seems to have granted the bail.

All efforts are been made to start the offices under police protection (unruly persons/crowd will be dealt severely by police). Everyone and every staff is positive. People are requested not to create any problem for anyone including staff and defame company otherwise every one will suffer.

Those who don't have any Urgent & important work are requested to wait till the ECS starts otherwise staff will not be able to work and everything including verification and authentication of ECS work will suffer and may get delayed.

They will also start new schemes to help current and future clients.

All of us are educated and intelligent to understand more we create problem more we ourselves will suffer.

I am also investor and getting my money from last two years. No checque has bounced yet. Roopesh is saying i have money and i want to pay but............ His bad luck and we investor also has bad luck i think.

The police and all other people relted to this case want to earn no no eat money and cheting Mr. Roopesh. Police can't arrest anybody without any proof. In agreement everything is written and he is now doing any fraud. He is right and give us our money.

We all investor should do somthing so we all are meeting in RAJGHAT, Delhi at 2.00 PM on monday so all people who is reading this come there on monday. We should highlight this case to media so come on meet and be a unit.

Come on all investor be there.

As an investor i wud like to knw the companys future plans. Dont wait for the fraud to happen. I have lost faith in its schemes. Fraud or no fraud the Govt or the babus will definitelty pocket something and this will go on and on. Let every1 believe there is no shortcut to success. Lets hope for the best......

Every person want to save his life if he have money. But Mr Roopesh prove his honesty after coming in press meeting. Everybody knew that the people were so dissatisfied that they can beet Mr Roopesh, even more physical loss. We will have to give some time to them

As i know they have really faced the problems from concerned Bank located at Lajpat Nagar and asked every investors to submit documents for ECS Facility.
If they have told to wait till 14th then we should believe on them. There are lakhs of customer of Shree Om Sai Nath. We should not create any problem for them right now and try to assist them.

My Dear Friend Ajay Sinha, 14th of December already gone, What you have to say or write now. I think no result will come in near future. We have already paid two EMIs of our Car which we have given to the Company on lease. Now we will have to take our vehicles bacl or stop payment of further EMIs.

I am not a company staff, I am also an investor like you. Not only 1 but 3-4 investments have been made by me. As far as 14th Dec is concerned, it was not stated by me. I Just read the messages like you. What i came to know People are not allowing to enter their staff in office in Delhi. Then how can we expect that any dates would be fixed and final.

Are delhi offices opened today or not?

I think people of Delhi branch are not supporting the company staff, I personally request please let them work peacefully, which will help us to get the solution fast.

Don't worry and just wait, I know everything will be fine.
On saturday, I visited om sainath car on rent, Bangalore office and here every thing is smooth and also the office staff are working fine. So, all other offices are working smoothly.

I am personally speaking that I have not yet submitted my documents for processing of auto fund transfer through NEFT, because I have faith and believe on company. so, don't be panic and support the company to do the thing in right path.

I am an investor with the company. I fail to understand that how does an issued duplicate cheque could effect the company without the name and verification of signature. I mean to say that a duplicate cheque issued to ttk cannot be cleared from the account of shree om sai nath unless the signatures and name of the company printed on the cheque tallies, moreover if their intensions are right why not the payment of even one investor has been credited for 12/2009.
Now this is time to show unity and share what ever information we have about the company. Kindly let me know the present status of mr. Rupesh verma and whether the offices of other cities are opened or not?

My Dear Friend Ajay Sinha,
Time and again you and few others are writing to have patience. Have you ever thought about those investors have have leased their vehicles to the company and paid the EMIs to the financier without receiving the profit & EMI from the company for two months and now third EMI will be due in the first week of Jan 2010. If the company will not start before 31 Dec 2009, How can an investor will pay the third EMI from his own source. Still we are having patience. The company should start ECS, if not 100% at least 20% ECS should have been started by 10 Dec 2009 and remaining 80% should been completed between 11 Dec 09 to 20 Dec 2009. Investors are creating problems because of slow process of ECS by the company and company is responsible for this problem, not the investors. Now I along with my brother and one of my friend have made up our mind to take back our vehicles from the company immediately. If you feel that we are doing wring, please suggest me the another remedial for payment of EMI of the vehicle.

Verma is arrested and now recovery is going on in delhi all the investors should unite and think of some solution, about the public money. anybody having full info on city limouzines case which is also similar to this, can give final outcome of that case till date. and investors should unite and do some thing at the earliest otherwise all the money will go to wrong people and investigation will go on endlessly and final outcome will not give any relief to the public who suffered and lost money in this.
