All SOSN Investors,

Mr.Roopesh Varma other family members & all city managers,sales executivies are absconding with our hard earned money.No body is communicating to Investors any facts/developments.If city manager is havinfg SOSN authority to sign all cheques,he will have authority to start ECS in the respective area.Date after dates allowed to be taken by Mr.Rupesh Varma's advocate is creating very much negative opnions.As put up by 'supportrupeshvarma@gmail.com' we all Investors are to be united prapose conditional bail of Mr.Roopesh varma to know his intentions for repaying our Hard earned money

Pls dont worry 99% v r hoping that mr. verma will b out on conditional bail on 20th feb n payments will b released latest by 10th march. in case 1% bail is not granted on 20th still he will b out latest by 16th march cz cbi n eow is not able to frame any charges against mr. verma n court will b forced to release him without fail. and in this case payments will be released latest by 31st of march.
Lets Hope for the best.

I have been seeing hope and hopes allaround. Its good to keep hope. Even I had invested in this company and loan is going on in my name. One thing I really do not understand, if this is a Public Limited company why there is no other responsible person from company coming forward and contacting to all investors? It seems we all investors are only assuming that if Mr. Verma gets bail then he will pay our money. If he had that much capability to float such a big company and do business then why he have no strategy to come out with this mess and convince their investors. Is he done all this intentionally, I really do not want to believe this, but this is the thought coming to my mind and I sear, I will not go for such easy money in future.

Their is a misconception been spread by lawyers of the complainants that the court will give money to only those who have made complaints (taken as register with them for money to be claimed from SOSN) and also they want 10% cut on the amount received by them.

I myself is a senior advocate & an Investor in SOSN till today I have not filled any complaint/FIR because as per the procedure the court will release the accused on bail after satisfying all credentials (bigger the claim of fraud more difficult to get bail) and only after fulfilling its obligations. The court will also take into consideration of all investors money whether one files any complaints/FIR or not, because after the verdict court will appoint a pursuer for receiving claims from all concerned investors that means one need not file any complaint/FIR at this stage as the matter is already under courts concern.

As I have seen information about Affidavit of support which mentions conditional support by an Investor only in circumstances of routine payment as per contract/agreement; I would like to assure all that AOS does not undermine anybodies status as an investor and also does not denotes that one will not get money if court thinks otherwise. Rather it is a very efficient tool to actually notify court about the money you have invested making it mandatory to be taken into account while framing the guidelines of return of money to Investors by SOSN. Also they could be the first among rest to start receiving their money if the company restarts its operation because the court will monitor it through the data it has and also it would become a token of appreciation to SOSN management.

The company can also/may decide to fill defamation/loose of business/goodwill cases against those who have filled complaint/FIR/cases against them on the first stage and can claim crores of rupees in damages as per the business/revenue losses. I myself had send Affidavit of support as I know this tool places me on the correct path and through this my information has reached to the court. And after restart/rerunning of the company I can claim to have saved the company in the larger interest of the Investors (ultimately we want money/returns every month to run our houses & other expenses).

If the court finalizes to liquidate the assets of SOSN & pay then it will take not less then 3-5 years for the same; you have to brace yourself for that at your own end.

Rest is its every bodies their individual decision.

I have invested in " OM SAI NATH" in the the month of november end Rs-120000/- n got to knw abt the fraud.i havent recived a single rupee yet from the company.i hope we all get the justices as soon as possible.

Dont file any more FIR'S as it would only delay his bail procedure and wont be of any use to us investors.Just an opinion.Finally u can do what u feel is right

I have invested Rs.135000/- & Rs.140000/- in Shree Om Sainath Car on Rentals Pvt. Ltd. & complain given to Economic Offence Wings at Mumbai Commissioner Office, D N ROad, Mumbai on dated 03.02.2010 but till date no response from them.

Please advise when we get our money.
