3.2.10 Ko kuch aur logo ne hajaratganj kotwali lucknow me FIR ke liye tahreer di hai. 4.2.10 ko hindustan paper me page 8 per news bhi nikli thi. 1.2.10 se roj sabhi paper me news aa rahi hai. s.o. hazaratganj ne kaha hai ki sabse investigatin ki jayegi. s.o. ne kaha jo mr. shobhit aur mr. amit sinha lucknow ka kam dekh rahe the unke address ki khoj ki ja rahi hai. agar aur kisi ko FIR karani ho o abhi tahreer de de unko bhi FIR me add ker liya jayega. agar apko mr. amit, shobhit. pallavi, rajesh, anurag, rakesh ka address pata ho to police ki help ker sakta hai.

A couple of investors, together, from different cities reached JAIPUR, MET ROOPESH VERMA in Jail; questioned him. Roopesh Verma said: Maine Koi FRAUD NAHI KIYA. Mujhe phasaya gaya hai. Meri madat kijiye.
He said he was ONLY doing BUSINESS. He said, He took money from investors; He earned by making handsome profit from the business; He was saving for his establishment; & He was paying back to his investors as per commitments made to them;
HE WANTS THE HELP OF THE INVESTORS TO CONTINUE; TO DO THE SAME.

Roopesh informed and requested the investors to meet his new Advocate Dharmender Arya who has put up an application for Bail for Roopesh Verma. The Advocate said there were problems but expressed confidence. He also asked of the help from the investors. He showed a pile of Affidavits made by investors of Delhi.
He said that the Affidavit was drafted by him on the basis of intention of Roopesh Verma to continue to keep paying his investors as per the Contract/ Agreement.
Given here below is the draft matter:

The court has deffer-ed its decision till 11th February 2010 as expected because Mr. Roopesh Verma is in Jaipur Jail because of the FIR in Jaipur & could not be present today. His lawyer is trying to get him to Delhi along with his plan of payment to be presented to the honorable Judge.

Dear friends there is nothing to loose now if we support based on the Affidavit of support mentioned above, Court will definitely give Bail/release to Mr. Verma and will also keep an eye on him to full fill his commitment of paying dues to Investors as given/would be given by him in writing to the court.

really all above statements are true, i talk o one of my freind who met Mr. Roopesh Verma. In reality he needed our help. He wants to explore his business and he didn't any fraud, its just all some mishapping and misunderstandings. Its all investors faith which can help him and all of us. Please do in favor of him and see the results in coming 2-3 months. It takes time but everyone go his money for the full 60 months,, and plz use ur mind and heart and take a decision . Only after Mr. Roopesh's bail.. he can start his business again. He is nice person and still think abou of investors and wanaa.. give a big size to hi business. its my heartiest request to all plz use ur own mind don think about false statements..

I Rajkumar Raghav invested 2,50,000/- (Rupees two lac and fifty thousand only) under Resort ID No 23895 & 25490 dt 12 Feb 09 and 05 Mar 09. Till Oct 09 every thing is ok but in Nov 09 post dated chequees issued by the above said company bounced and by approaching the Bangalore based branch of the company, they collected all bounced chequees and convert my these to NEFT system and they assured that amount will be credited by within 10 days. But till date no amount credited in my account. You are requested to look in to the matter and I request the honorable court to ask that fellow to return my amount please.
