It is very good to unite & make an investor forum in cities of SOSN investors. We at delhi are been misguided by police & lawyers to file complaints against Mr. Roopesh Verma & SOSN so he is not able to come out on bail or altogether the case gets dismissed on the basis of lack of evidence.

We have found that every state/city police will follow the same procedure (as happened in Jaipur) which is already complete in Delhi & Mumbai and delay the release altogether which will harm the interest of all SOSN investors.

We have decided not to file any complaints and approach the courts directly in case Mr. Roopesh does not get bail or he is not released to get our money.

less complaints means less formalities n less hassels
Having a large scaled business n prperties on the name of SOSN clears that Mr. Rupesh never wanted to ran away with our Money so filing complaint means creating problems for Mr. Rupesh n ourself
So pls unite n b on same wave length n dont file ny more complaints so that he should b bailed out n b bk in business

Yes dear,
I and my all friends/relatives are not ready to file case against SOSN. We all will wait and see the result of our future when Shri Roopesh Verma, MD SOSN gets bail.

Just want to Add one more point.

Those investors who are thinking to lodge complaint against Roopesh Verma just ask once from those who already lodged the complaint against SOSN what they have got after lodging complaint?
Nothing and Nothing!!!!!!!

But if they didn't lodge complaint we all investors would have getting our returns.

Even i am sure we will never get anything by filing complaint against SOSN or MR. Rupesh Verma even if we get something GOD KNOWS WHEN N WHAT AMOUNT May b 5% or 10% of what we can get while being on the positive side of the co.

I agree with you.. This is my request to all investors, Please don't file more complaint against Mr.Verma. I have invested money just 3 months before, I am also suffering. But we should have already come to know that, nothing could be recovered by lodging a case. The case will continue for many years. So Please PLEASE CONVINCE ALL THE INVESTORS NOT TO FILE ANY COMPLAINT AND ALSO CONVINCE THE INVESTORS WHO HAD FILED COMPLAINT FOR WITHDRAWING THEIR COMPLAINT. Also I request the forum members to take steps by which we can ask Axis Bank to give explanation on this whole matter.

i dont think we will be getting our money back..................they have cheated people by taking gods name...............sai baba will punish them.......i have invested around 25..............but i have forgetten that the money will ever come.........

We should stop panicking and give some time to solve this problem. I know we all have given a lot of time but guys please understand that this if not a small issue. And please understand that the police is just trying to extend his remand in the name of investigations.

There are people who are ready to form a group and lodge a FIR against Roopesh. This idea of forming a group is really good but my suggestion is that lets wait for another 2 weeks then we'll get complete picture of SOSN. If nothing will happen by that time then we all can take an action against SOSN.

But If you guys lodge FIR now there would be no chance of getting your money before 6-8 months or 1- year. But if you wait for another few days then there might be a possibility of getting your money back.

I am also one of the investors of SOSN And this is just a suggestion from my side. Please guys dont make the situation worse try to understand the criticality of the case, this is not a small case.

Now it is absolutely clear that Roopesh has hired some of the most renowned Advocates of Delhi like Mr. Harshvardhan Khurana, Mr. Rambir Singh Kundu, there are chances that Roopesh will get out soon and start running his business.

Please give some time to Mr. Roopesh and his advocates. Guys this is the only way to get your money back in few days.

By now we should understand
1. We cann't get any money unless Rupesh Verma is released,
2. Rupesh Verma cann't be released unless he agrees to pay.
I had talked to 2-3 lawyers concerned with the case directly or indirectly. These people are trying to convince us to file cases againest Rupesh Verma at a very nominal fee for recovery of principal amount( investment - amt received), whereas Rupesh Verma is promising to pay us the promised amount. As per my estimate the total outstanding principal amount is not more than 150 crores and the valuation of the properties seized by now should not be less than 250 crores. So, in a way by filing a case againest Rupesh Verma for settlement for principal amount, we are helping him only and these lawyers are double crossing us.
I hope that Rupesh Verma must have understand by now that he could not be out of jail unless investors want so and for investors to allow him to come out it is necessary for him to prove his intentions to pay. He should give a concrete road map of payment to the investors and for this a forum of investors from all parts of the investors should be formed . The representatives viz lawyers etc of Rupesh Verma should get approved their road map from this forum and put before the honourable judge along with conditional bail application and we all should support him.
For the sake of arguments if we presume that Rupesh Verma refuses to pay after bail, then even neither he can jump is bail nor can sale his properties( all the case properties being on superdhari). So, if he could pay us, it's fine otherwise free lodging and boarding facility will be available for him by Govt. . But a chance must be given to him.
I have one settlement plan also in my mind.
1. Those who are interested in return of capital- the same may be refunded in 6 monthly instalments.
2.Those who wanted to continue may get their return from 2/2010 and the return for 12/2010 & 01/2010 may be refunded in 12 monthly instalments.

Before completing I would like to add that I am investor like you all that whatever I have written above are my raw ideas and I do not represent any body.
