The Investor Forum should work now on four action plan:

1. Find out the company’s credentials/intentions to pay the investors its returns/profit or not and/or principal amount in case an investor files an application for same irrespective of Mr. Roopesh bail.
2. Find out the financial standing of the company, its movable & immovable assets like property, vehicles office premises etc. and get them valued to know exact/approx amount of Net worth.
3. After the first 2 steps the forum should approach the court for appropriate request/claim of investors money whether by giving conditional bail to Mr. Roopesh or otherwise through the assets sale of SOSN.
4. There has been no clear picture about Axis banks response to claim by SOSN, in case we are able to get information on that it will be helpful to get a clear picture; there could be pressure by them as well, if not they can play constructive role.

More over we should approach senior police officers, vigilance agencies to help us or may be to PMO/Home Ministry for support to get our money. Ultimately its our hard earned money.

Mr Roopesh Verma denied to give bribe to SHO on 16 Dec 2009 and now Delhi Police is trying to send him behind the bars. Now Sub Inspector Rajkumar, of EOW Crime Branch IO of the case sending the letters to owners of the vehicles (investors of SOSN), ask them to join the investigation. When the owners of the vehicles (investors of SOSN) reach him as per in instructions of the letter, he asks all investors to lodge complaints against Mr Roopesh Verma/SOSN so that Mr Roopesh Verma may not get bail in near future.

This company is a fraud. The sequence clearly shows some vested interests are keen that Mr Verma should remain in
JC as long as possible. The role of the concerned Bank is also doubtful inasmuchas it has not clarified its stand in the matter. Again, where are the complainants (particularly the two ladies) who created such a scene on 16th Dec when Mr Verma wanted to clarify his stand in the Press Conference? DSR

Even i have gone there 2 days back & submiitted all papers & ccomplaint that i have not received any money since november.

Inspector Rajkishore(EOW)delhi told me that Roopesh has not applied for bail & is sitting comfortably as he does not wnat to be out till probably till th ewhole matter is ettled.

Is any of the investors still positive about Roopesh verma. If so whats the basis.

He has not been able to secure his bail in so many days.All the contracts including Railways have been cancelled & there is no sign of recovery

Are EOW returning the vehicles after submitting the required documents RC, copy of permit and I proof etc which were seized in the permisses of Swiss Cab? As I am going to file case in Patiala Court for release and sale of vehicle as I am not able to pay EMI to Bank.Some how I managed and paid EMI to Bank for two months. Quarterly Tax of my vehicle is also due to Govt and will not be paid as the vehicle is not on the road. Some one who has good knowledge of transport rules and regulation may kindly guide me further course of action.

Let me inform everyone that M.D of Shree Om Sai Nath Mr. Rupesh Verma is at present under arrest at Jalupura Police Statin at Jaipur and Jaipur Police has taken him into custody from Delhi Police against FIR filed against him at Jalupura Police Station - Jaipur .

According to Investigating Office Mr. Vinod khangahar it will be very hard for Mr. Rupesh Verma to get bail as any one giving bail for him will have to give a gurantee for over 40 crores therefore it will be dificult for the offices for SOSN to open again . Now the matter will be in court which will decide after the complete balance sheet of asset and liability of the company is made and we can hope to get our principal amount in proportion to the asset and liability of the company that to will take years .

I am too invertor of Shree Om Sai Nath and my hard earnedmoney has gone down the drain I had invested Rs 120000 with the hope of getting Rs 8040 for five years but only five cheques have got cleared . EOW is just encouraging the investors to lodge complaints against Mr Roopesh Verma & SOSN to make strong case against Mr Roopesh Verma so that EOW may send Mr Roopesh Verma behind bars. EOW is encouraging the investors to lodge complaints because Mr Roopesh Verma denied to give the bribe to SHO on 16 Dec 2009.
When we ask EOW about release of vehicle, Insp Raj Kishore, IO appointed to investigate the case said that vehicles will be released on court's order.

I have talked to Mr. Kaushik in Bangalore on 19.01.2010. He said that Mr. Roopesh is coming out on bail on 28.01.2010. He has hired a new advocate who needs some time to study the case thats why he was to able to get bail on that day. As it looks like there is no strong case against Roopesh he is like to get bail on 28 jan. And the payment process will start from next month.

Mr. Kaushik also told that Mr. Roopesh Verma addressed the people who had gathered at the court on 14th Jan and assured them about the safety of their money. I think the police have not found any incriminating evidence in the offices of SOSN. Thats why they are enticing people to file complaint against him to make the case strong, as rightly said, because he did not pay bribe to the police.
