I have also deposited in Om Sai Nath schemes and visited their office in Naurang House and Vikas Puri for ECS of cheques. There were huge lines in Vikas Puri office and people were carrying 10-40 files. The official who collected cheques informed that it would take 15-20 days for ECS. So, I think that we should wait till that time and gossips/rumours will only spread panic among people which will in turn only harm the interests of the investors.

I have invested in three of om sai nath schemes recently and have got two cheques cleared till now. I have now in confusion as both of om sai nath office found closed on monday. Each have put the notice to visit another office as to create confusion. Please let me know if i can get my money or all post here are just to make people fool.

I am very confused as i have invested all my money into these policies that i have earned til now.

I am a govt. employee and invested my hard earned money recently in october, 2009 with shree om sai nath car on rent pvt. ltd. Last month when first cheque was deposited then also it bounced and this time again on 10th dec. again it has bounced, how can i rely on this company. I am very much worried if i plan to get it cancelled, whether they will return my money or i will loose the cheques as well as the money i have invested with the company. yesterday on 14/12/2009, we got information about the press conference on wednesday 16/12/2009/. Last month also they held the press conference & promissed to pay on time.

But I want to say that if everytime this will happen while submitting the cheques then how can people trust on them.

They are facing problem with the AXIS bank they had planned things with IDBI (as informed) money is not a problem to them. How to disburse it is now the problem, it is their short sightedness. They are going to open offices under police protection from Thursday onwards.

Things have got delayed due to manhandling of female staffers was some clients. We should get complete information by 16 December in the press conference with the exact dates of ECS transfer.

I think that it is the hard exam of MD of Shri Om sai Car on rent Ltd. and its team. If honestly and fastly they work hard day and night and pass the exam in the present atmoshphere, surely with blessing of Om Sai company will earn more name and fame. whatever the friend are writing here but now they have doubt. IF Om sai sailout the company from the problem at the earliest, then it is assured that clients will be increased manifolds and it will be difficult for Mr Verma to control its clients. My friend who visited the company on 7th Dec'09 at NH new delhi intimated that they have launched new scheme of one year and 3 year and they are very attractive being very short period. I hope that if ECS starts all his money sent out through ECS + will be received back through new scheme in the year Jan'2010. Meeting as schedule on 16th Dec will clear all the picture.

Hope for the best. We should also pray God and Omsai to bless the investors so that company may be able to grow, continue its business and pay incentives timely.

The good words to say, & divert the investers mind.

The MD & the staff of Shree OmSainath & Shree resorts keeps on convincing the investers verbally, by saying that there is a fraud by AXIS Bank. issueing the cheques of the same numbers. Shree Omsainath has asked AXIS Bank to verify the cheque details before clearing it. And they even claimed that they have issued a PUBLIC NOTICE in the news paper, THE TIMES OF INDIA Dtd 15th Dec.09.

Yes, the Public notice is issued, but the NOTICE which is publicised, has no meaning.

1) Instead of word FRAUD, the NOTICE says, MISTAKE/ERROR on part of a certain bank.
2) Name of the Bank is NOT mentioned......WHY.....?
3) Where is the bank's letter? (Investers are told that the Company has received a bank's
apology letter.)

Any update on the press conference held today.

Nothing to worry Mr. Rupesh Verma said in the Press conference I will pay the money to each and every investor. Many have started receiving ECS also.

Public created disturbance and Rupesh Verma gone home.

Rest when the offices will open then we will know.

I know this Company, its Directors and its financial strength very well. As a matter of fact, the entire problem has been created by Axis Bank. Remember the Harsha Mehta Scam of 1992 in which a number of Nationalized Banks and their senior most officers were involved. As a matter of fact, license of Axis Bank should be can celled by RBI. On account of illegal acts of this Bank, lacs of investors are in trouble and company is also not in a position to work properly. Their reputation and goodwill has been affected and they have also lost investments. The company should take suitable legal action against Axis Bank for this fraud and should recover the entire damages suffered by them to their reputation, goodwill and investments. Thanks. When will the delhi office open?

There has been deliberate attempt by Some people to defame SOSN. I was there to attend the Press Conference but we were not allowed inside. As per information two ladies didnt allowed Mr. Rupesh Verma to speak. The copies of Press release was distributed to journalist but I was not able lay my hands on as known bank has issued same series cheques to some ttk co. and SOSN and some people planned the fraud through them on lajpat nagar branch same happened in case of Sattesman hs Branch also later. Wherein SOSN lost quiet an amount through it.

As known through public those females again instigated the crowd when Mr. Rupesh came out to speak to public by saying Maro maro hath may churia pheni hui hai kya any way as a precaultionary measure Mr. Rupesh was taken to Parliament Street PS.

This females again instigate the crowd to go to the PS and create hungama there and lodge complaints to derail the process of ECS verification & disbursement.

I met many people who have received money through ECS their and also person who have actually gone to Mumbai office by flight and met Mr. Rupesh and was very much convinced that the company is working and all the money is in safe hands and will be given to each investor as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. Every body was positive and was having faith in SOSN and no one was willing to file any case.

As known they have tied up with ICICI, IDBI and IOB for disbursement of money. Their outgo is hardly 30cr pm which is peanut for them and they are earning crores through this schemes and moreever they are willing to pay.

I request all Investor to join hands and get the delhi and other offices functioning so that the ECS process can start at the earliest. It is very much in our interest to do so.

I have spoken to their ofice in Banglore, Pune and Nagpur they are functioning efficiently.

Has some one attended the press conferenc or company pers themselves writing in the coloumn. No one has written after conference except mansoon. what promise made or what happened in the press conference yesterday? What is decision of Shree om sai nath and probable date of starting ECS etc. However,rep of shree om sai at Lucknow office is attending the phone 0522-4063303-02 and saying to deposite the cheques to start ECS. Is there any news published regarding above in rewspaper. all in sadness and dpraying GOD for positive. May God bless all os us.
