It is well known fact that our judicial system and police department are corrupted. Every one knows there was no complains against SOSN/Mr Roopedsh Verma till 16th of Dec 2009 when Roopesh Verma was taken under custody by the police. After taking the Mr Roopesh Verma under cusatody, the police encouraged some investors for lodging FIR against the company so that police can frame charges against the MD of SOSN. There are some rumors that SHO might have asked Mr Roopesh Verma for bribe which was denied by Mr Roopesh Verma. This is not a surprise. Every thing is possible in India. If Mr Roopesh Verma would have given Rupees seventy five or eighty lacs to SHO on that day, he might have been released from the police custody without bringing him before the court and no charges would have been framed against Mr Roopesh Verma.
Mr Roopesh Verma has never denied that he is not capable to pay to investors. Every time he accepted that he is ready to pay all investors and he is capable to pay. Now since the police has investigated and confirmed that SOSN/Mr Roopesh Verma is having sufficient fund and property to pay to all investors, it is not understood why the Judge has not satisfied and did not grant the conditional bail to Mr Roopesh Verma.
Now judiciary system of our country doesn't want Mr Roopesh Verma to pay further to the investors of SOSN otherwise conditional bail might has been granted to Mr Roopesh Verma. The mail culprits are those two ladies who have created the problem on 16th of Dec 2009 and did not allow Mr Roopesh Verma to speak in the Press Conference on that day.

Yesderday, I visited the hub/parking of SOSN at Mahipalpur, Delhi. I found that around 110 cars were locked inside the premises and there was a notice of EOW/DP regariding seizure of vehicles was pasted on the gate of it. Therewere two policemen and one Mr. Yadav from the company were present inside the complex. I request all those who had cars in their name with SOSN to go there and check whether their cars are inside the complex or not because I was told that a no. of cars are being leased by SOSN to some other vendors and one of my friends had recovered his car from one such vendor.
However, my car is locked inside the complex and I request all concerns to kindly advise me how to recover my car from there. Any concerned advocate can contact or advice me.
I understand from the proceedings that it will take a long time for SOSN to restablish( if at all) and Mr. Rupesh Verma could not be out easily and whenever we would be out his(our) wealth would be lesser by some crores and in that case he would not be in position to pay us our dues. I fail to understand one more thing that all of us have complaints against SOSN and SOSN has 11 directors than why only Rupesh Verma is arrested and not all the 11 directors. All the directors who are out may manipulate the matter in any way and to any extent.So, all the directors, senior officers and all franchises of the company should also be booked.

till jan 14,2009 mr. verma is in jail....i think this company is a big fraud with poor management...no one is resposible guy there to satisfy customers....this is a one man company .......we all should try to take our money back frm him by consulting the best lawyers..... the money is from middle classes and has more value which cnt be undestood by Mr. verma's gang.all offices are closed and executives are saying have patience else u will not get anything....what it shows???? jaipur office is closed....all numbers are off....can v forget our money...no way ...JAGO GRAHAK JAGO...
one way is to look his fixed assets and recover the money as per legal norms....any one is there who can guide me how to recover money from fixed assest....and who says that his property will be overtake by GOVT... its our money ...v have legal proof...so in democratic country v can win if u joint together....
no one is accepting papers of reback the money...

Lets come out of the false illusion that SOSN was not a fraud meant to be. It is also a ponzi scheme in which old members are paid by new members. This is what the plan was and it was set up by paying all the members till a point where a good amount is accumulated. If there was any chance of money to be paid at least a few ECS payments would have begin before the accounts were frozen. It is good that rupesh has been caught unlike others cons of SOSN who have not only fooled the memberb but also employees of SOSN who were not paid there dues.
Why would they risk their life as they are the front desk bearers who would have to go through the members anger and ire thus closure of the offices.
Many members in the car scheme have the cars in the name of SOSN which were never actually bought... how to get them. Coz the contract says that at the end of 60 months the pre determined amt eg 1.5 lacs for honda city will be paid. Now the contract expires as SOSN is not paying the amt of profit as agreed in contract. How and where to get that amt?
Whoever has filed a FIR and gotten Rupesh into the jail is to be applauded and people just hoping that miracle will happen are not helping.
From what i see, region wise groups should be formed and a civil lawyer hired bt them. I think there is a group of people who have earned well from SOSN and if want more spending a fw thousands more for that should not be a problem . Let it not go to the govt underwriter at least.
Can som1 take the initiative... i am sure some of us are from the law and order background. Please come forward and help us help you.
