Easy way .. Just forward application thru any of the advocate & attach the amortization schedule of vehicle + bank statement ( thru which the emi is paid)

I am also having commercial tourist veh and leased to swiss cab. I am paying emi of Rs. 13083/- and did not get any rent from Swiss Cab/ SOSN since last two month. I came to know that all 166 veh which were present in the permisses of swiss cab have been seized by the CBI. Should I stop the EMI due on 10 JAN 2010 or I have to approach any court. Why VEHICLES OF INDIVIDUALs have been seized which is individuals name. Papers of vehicle are also in order like having insurance,permit of tourist taxi and paying all taxes on time. It is huge loss. Can any advocate or bank personal help in this matter at an early date.

please, tell me ,what should i do in this case, i am also suffering from this prob.

Dear Friends,
Since with no fault done by us, our commercial tourist vehicles leased to Swiss Cab through SOSN have been seized by EOW or CBI and no earning is being generated, how is it possible for us to pay the EMI to financier. Either our vehicles be handed over to us or otherwise be permitted to ply the same on the road to generate the earnings and Swiss Cabs be asked to pay monthly rental of the vehicles to us directly or through SOSN. After that we can pay the EMI to financier.

Any more suggestion/comments.

Do not worry , easy way ... file application to High court judge on the date of hearing Mr. Verma , you will get your vehicle back .

Dear sir, Are you advocate or dealing such matter ? Kindly advise me how to file application in the high court. Kindly help me in the time of need because I am very worried. Application on the simple plain paper or stamp paper is required to be submitted to court. As per agreement no rent will be paid only EMI will be paid by the company when there is no earning like major accident of the vehicle.

In case we stop the EMI, Will bank or leagal authority of bank will file case and pull the vehicle from there for recovery of balance amount.

LET US ALL UNITE TOGETHER & URGE TO THE MEDIA FOR THE RELEASE OF RUPESH VERMA ....

Moreover from the day Mr Roopesh Verma taken under custoday, he is accepting to pay to all investors. And now it has been proved that he has sufficient fund and property and capable to pay the monthly rental to all investors as per the agreement, Keeping in mind all these facts, Honorable court should give conditional bail to Mr Roopesh Verma. Court may instruct him to be present in the court daily at a specific time till the time backlog of payment for the month of Nov, Dec 2009 and Jan 2010 is cleared.

New Delhi: A private investment group on Wednesday claimed to have suffered a huge loss due to the acute apathy of Axis Bank which provided the cheques of same serial numbers to it and also to the TTK group.

Addressing the media here, Managing Director of Group, Roopesh Verma said: “We noticed that the Bangalore branch of Axis Bank had issued same number / series of ‘at par’ account cheques to TTK group and Sri Omsainath Group.”

Verma also claimed that even after holding meetings with the Bank’s senior officials nothing fruitful came out

During the conference, Verma also distributed some copies of cheques and his company’s correspondence with the Axis bank to substantiate his allegations with ‘proof’.

He also said the Group has filed a detailed complaint with the Bank Ombudsman over the apathy of the Axis Bank

“Now after our ‘Banglore experience,’ we told the Axis Bank officially not to clear any cheques issued by us, unless they have verified the same from our Mumbai head office,” he said.

Verma also alleged that even after requesting for cross examination the bank went on bouncing the cheques issued by the Group.

He also ensured that the investment made by the clients is safe and maintained the Group is not one of those fly-by-night financial institutions that are notorious for wheeling-dealing.

Earlier, in November, the Sri Omsainath Investment Group blamed the Bank for issuing of duplicate cheques that eventually bounced.

Verma had also displayed two different cheques of exactly same number but issued to two different people from the Bank.

Verma has also demanded a full-fledged inquiry into the matter.

Dear Sir ,
I am from banking sector & had worked in car finance division for almost 2 yrs . Seek help from "company corporate advocate" , do not hire any advocate dealing in crime cases , he will be of no use . Hardly an advocate will charge 4000 or 5000 to file an application .
With in single hearing you will get your vehicle back .

These vehicles can not be attached by Govt .. be rest assured.

whatever is going with Mr. Roopesh Verma and all of us, is really very bad but it might

seems that it's like a script writeen already.

if h'ble court knows that he want to pay to all then why his bail is being extented every time ???

but few hopes are still alive.

i am investor with the company. What happened is shocking as the company has been prompt in the payment. I was in constant touch with their Bangalore branch Manager and she kept me promising ECS before Dec 31. Thereafter she told me it would be done before 5th Jan. Now for last two days she remains incommunicado as in other branches case. The company is a limited company and the Board of Directors should have taken steps to keep the investors informed of the development from time to time. Orelse the Govt should step in and appoint new directors and clear off the dues of the investors at the earliest. In the present situation, nothing seems to be possible in near future. dear saurabh ji. it is good news if it is so. MAY MY GOD AND OM SAI BLESS ALL THE INVESTORS SO THAT MR VERMA BE RELEASED WITH HONOUR. Acutally Mr Roopesh verma did not want to hide himself from the investor or public therefore, he made one press conference in the month OF Nov 16 and after one month again he came infront of public/INVESTOR and addressed to the media on 16 DEC,2009 where police took him in custody and kept in jail. Surprisingly, he was not being granted bail despitE having property of crores. In case he want TO cheat us, then he should have managed it within in week IN THE NOV 2009. WE still have FAITH IN SOSN AND hope and waiting for early release so that PAYMENT PROCESS BE STARTED.
LIVLIHOOD AND DAL ROTI OF THOUSANDS INVESTOR ARE LYING ON THE FAITH OF SHREE OM SAI NATH CAR ON RENT. MAY GOD BLESS TO ALL OF US.

Hi All,

Till now date Bail is being extended every time. And now staffs of Mumbai branch also trying to avoid to receiving any callsl on their mobile whenever i made a call from Delhi. Earlier the person named Manis was picking up but not now I just made a call today to him and he told me to wait till 14th. I think things are going like CITY.
