I am an investor from Jaipur in Resort Membership Plan, I have been having a strong faith in SOSN which made me an investor with SOSN.

SOSN we all are with you in this crisis. I wish Mr. Roopesh Verma should got bail as early as possible. I believe everything will be fine soon which is in favour of everyone.

We all know that we are on the receiving end and making/giving negative messages will not serve any purpose. It is known to everybody that just 2 FIR has been filed against Mr. Rupesh which could have been quashed by dealing with the complainants which in good faith in system was not been done.
As it is known the company owns most of its offices various Hotels/Resorts / Service apartments, Cars, good enough cash other sister concerns in film industry, constructions & car rentals, but due to Mr. Rupesh arrest everything has been on hold. I believe Mr. Rupesh bail could solve that problem.
Whenever government agencies comes in picture delays are caused.
Lets hope for the best.

I am also an investor like you but am watching all the proceedings silently as no other option.I took the risk for a hand some return and I hope this apply to you all also.Things to ponder upon is that when this all drama started we did receive one payment through ECS method (Payment of October inth e month of November)but then after that I hope not a single person can claim that he had received the payment for the month November (In December 10 Transactions)Point to see is thatif one payment was catered through ECS then why the delay for all other. For a long period they did not initiate the payment of some of the investor so that they could have stood on their side.If some people had received the amount,then the hope was there for the others also.Now at this juncture we only can wait and watch and the excuses that the offices will open under police guard is not working as no one responds to the calls.

I had put Ford IKon two years back. The vehicle is on my name so loan is also in my name. Here every month 11,040/- is debited through ECS from my account as an EMI inreturn I get EMI+Profit check from SOSN. Now since I am not sure of cheques or ECS from SOSN, I am just worried about the EMI I am paying with out having vehicle with me and no profit.

Realy i also feel it is correct. There are similar company in the market and giving the cheques with bank guarantee, therefore, we still feel positive. Actually SOSN company took fast decision for converting cheques into NEFT/ECS and stopped payment immediately. Company should have been given a standing instruction to Axis bank that cheque above say Rs.50,000/- or so may not be cleared unless same is signed by director or so. IF THEY HAVE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONNS TO BANK AND THEY DID NOT COMPLY, THEY SHOULD ATTACH THE COPY OF THE DOCUMENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR INFO OF INVESTOR. I think there are many software with all the banks to stop payment beyond given limit. Axis bank should not keep themself mum. Bank should clearify the things if they have done some mistake. Alternatively they are bound to take money whom they have credited wrong. New Delhi, Dec. 31 -- Rupesh Verma is no ordinary cheat. Out on a con job for the past three years, Verma purchased 166 luxury cars, acquired ten hotels and resorts in various cities and stacked more than Rs 20 crore in bank accounts. When the police raided Verma's office on Barakhamba Road last week, they were shocked to find cash and gold coins worth Rs 2.4 crore piled in cupboards and drawers. He allegedly cheated more than 500 people to the tune of Rs 50,000 to Rs 3 lakh each. He is learnt to have duped several policemen also. Verma was arrested on December 16 while he was addressing the media at the Press Club of India when investors came to know that he was there. Verma had launched two con schemes. The first was the "car on rent" scheme. "Investors were asked to invest Rs.1.25 lakh to 3 lakh depending upon the make or model of the vehicle, as an initial deposit for availing loans from the bank," said Vivek Gogia, additional commissioner of police (EOW). "Verma would enter into a 60 months agreement with his victims and promise a return of Rs.3,000-Rs 10,500 per month on the usage of car, besides paying the installments and other expenses. He would also give 12 post-dated cheques to gain their confidence." In the other scheme, investors were induced to deposit Rs.50,000- Rs 3 lakh and were promised monthly return of Rs.2,000- Rs 20,000, police said. "The entire fraud was dependent on roping in new victims for which he took out advertisements in leading English and Hindi newspapers and got catchy brochures printed. He paid over Rs.2 crore to the advertisement agency alone," said the officer.

During investigations, 24 bank accounts of Verma were detected and money to the tune of Rs.11.54 crore frozen in these accounts. The accused also owns properties in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Indore, Jaipur, Nagpur and Raipur among others. Police have recovered 100 cars. "We have identified two Hotels and resorts in Gurgaon, two flats and one office in Mumbai, one resorts at Indore and four office premises at Jaipur, Nagpur, Indore and Raipur All these properties have been sealed," said the officer.

We all should unite & demonstrate for the release of Mr. Verma , otherwise the situation will be very worst & every thing / asset will be motgaged by GOVT & Investors will not get any thing .

I firmly believe that , Mr.Verma is the only enterpnour in the investment fielt who dared to face the MOB of Investers , came for conference & still today in Court maintails THAT HE IS READY TO PAY BACK TO EVERY INVESTER. Why we people are silent , why we are not practising our AAm Public Power & stage back against the court to give atleat 15 days Conditional bail to Mr. Verma .

Let us fight back for the release & give final chance to Mr.Verma .If even then after his release nothing concrete comes out then we all should fight back to get our return back .

Do not stop EMI , iam from banking sector , you can claim your vehicle thru court.
easy way .. just forward application thru any of the advocate & attach the amortization schedule of vehicle + bank statement ( thru which the emi is paid)

As per latest information Rupesh Verma is sent to judicial custody for 14 days, now it appears that chances of getting our money back is diminishing day by day. I think that the best option for all of us is to file our complaints with the police and those who had had for car in their own name should either take their cars back or stop paying the EMI and register a complaint of theft with police.

Moreover from the day Mr Roopesh Verma taken under custoday, he is accepting to pay to all investors. And now it has been proved that he has sufficient fund and property and capable to pay the monthly rental to all investors as per the agreement, Keeping in mind all these facts, Honorable court should give conditional bail to Mr Roopesh Verma. Court may instruct him to be present in the court daily at a specific time till the time backlog of payment for the month of Nov, Dec 2009 and Jan 2010 is cleared.:@
