It has come to my notice that Mr Roopesh Verma could not be granted bail on 30 Dec 2009. Judge has postponed the decision for one more day. I think that this postponement of decision will continue till 02 Jan 2010 and final outcome will be known on 04 Jan 2010 when the court will reopen after winter holidays.

The above name is of that of the managing director as proclaimed, who sat in mumbai HO of SOSN. Please try calling him and you will get a IVR recording whos accent is not from india. He seems to have gone abroad.

Pune's SOSN office is closed from today till 5th JAN 2010.

1) The main accused in this episode are those two LADIES, who have created the scene & spoiled the working of the comapany.
2) People present at Press Club on 16.12.09 are also equally accused & responsible for spoiling the situation, its difficult to understand why we people are soo weak that only two ladies with their vested interest instigates the crowd & the people without realising their profit / loss reacted & gave the opportunity to others to spoil the game .
3) We got news that those 2 ladies were from Rajouri Garden area & we all should trace them . Their arrest will reveal the motive behind this scene.

We should watch and wait if we want good.' DER SE AYE PER DURUST AYE'. We should not make panic. No one will like to be in jail for longer time. MD will be trying his best for release. May God and Shree Om Sai bless us so that Mr Roopesh verma be released and ECS process may start early. Earlier some one has written that 98% investor are with the company and Mr Roopesh verma. Realy i also feel it is correct. There are similar company in the market and giving the cheques with bank guarantee, therefore, we still feel positive. Actually SOSN company took fast decision for converting cheques into NEFT/ECS and stopped payment immediately. Company should have been given a standing instruction to Axis bank that cheque above say Rs.50,000/- or so may not be cleared unless same is signed by director or so. IF THEY HAVE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONNS TO BANK AND THEY DID NOT COMPLY, THEY SHOULD ATTACH THE COPY OF THE DOCUMENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR INFO OF INVESTOR. I think there are many software with all the banks to stop payment beyond given limit. Axis bank should not keep themself mum. Bank should clearify the things if they have done some mistake. Alternatively they are bound to take money whom they have credited wrong. Bank should clear the postiion of SOSN and it will increase the image of Bank. when they HAVE DONE ERROR accept IT. it is guilty of fradulent people /cheaters or clerical mistakes who all are involved in encashment of cheques otherwise I will close my account and stop transaction with Axis bank.

There might be some experienced investors who must have the knowledge about court and bank procedures.

- Can somebody please tell the maximum time the court can take to give bail in these circumstances ?

- How long Mr. Roopesh will take to complete the ECS or any other bank procedures, so that the amount will get credited in our account ?

- Are they going to credit all our past months money in one transaction or again they will take gaps ?

If this procedures takes too long then definitely most of us would be in BIG PROBLEM.

Since the decision is being postponed every time. Now it seems that investors will get nothing and the government, politicians, EOW and other government official will swallow the entire amount and property of SOSN.

We all know that we are on the receiving end and making/giving negative messages will not serve any purpose. It is known to everybody that just 2 FIR has been filed against Mr. Rupesh which could have been quashed by dealing with the complainants which in good faith in system was not been done.
As it is known the company owns most of its offices various Hotels/Resorts / Service apartments, Cars, good enough cash other sister concerns in film industry, constructions & car rentals, but due to Mr. Rupesh arrest everything has been on hold. I believe Mr. Rupesh bail could solve that problem.
Whenever government agencies comes in picture delays are caused.
Lets hope for the best.

According to latest news regarding bail not granted is quite frustrating. Now things are going beyond our expectations. As i always wrote comments for positive side. But now positive thinking is over and as per present situation things are going like what City Lemouzine did. Justice delayed means Justice denied. And we will have nothing except cursing.
Now every time we will come to know bail not granted and things will be alright once Roopesh Verma get the bail but WHEN? Can anyone have that patience left? I think no...

You can see the public notice on SOSN Web site:- "This is to inform you all in general that because of Axis Bank, fraud happened in our various account as bank had issued double cheque of same no. & debited in our account twice, by the Axis bank, on account of other customer. Hence we were compelled to instruct the bank not to clear any cheque without prior verification from our Head Office (Mumbai). But the instruction was not followed & cheques were returned. We are discussing the matter with Axis Bank & asking for the solution & also demanding business and image damages from the bank. Till such time you all are requested to kindly co-operate or else you may apply for the cancellation according to terms & condition of the company & help us in the smooth functioning of the branch to serve you better."

First & Last, I have said confidently, before, on this forum that SAI BABA ke chatra chaaya me koi bhi galat kaam nahi kar sakta.

Secondly, on seeing your comment I have called and spoken at Mumbai office. They have only one office to my knowledge & it is working. The executives have said that they are ready to start the whole procedure and that they have completed their procedure for ECS by NEFT for all those who have submitted the details; as per the format provided by the bank. Do not consider me as a spokesman of SOSN. I am a resident of Shirdi & I have, before investing with SOSN, met Mr. Roopesh Verma and assured myself that HE is a pucca Sai Bhakt. I have also shown this office to some other people known to me on this same confidence. None of them have, till now, said anything adverse.

You have also said, “I have submitted my application for ECS payment around 15 Nov but no money has been credited in my account”. I cannot believe that the Mumbai office has not told U and that R U not aware their BANK ACCOUNTS are frozen by the court pending the investigation in progress. In any case they have told me when I submitted my papers and seen them saying them same to others present, that the procedure will be completed by around 25th Dec.

You have also said,

“The AXIS Bank which is an international entity would have taken out the "SHIT FROM THE ASS" of the person claiming even a little bit of what Mr. Roopesh Verma has said about their doing/ undoing, again I SAY, if there was anything wrong”.

When did U invest? Recently or is it 1 to 2 years? I’m sure U was happy until now. Just be with company in this time of crisis. U will continue to be happy. I am sure of this.

For your kind information this company has a one more branch in mumbai and is in kalyan. My friend is there and he personally went there and found it locked.

Now regarding your statement that their bank account is frozen, I was told by the staff that they themselves have informed Axis bank not to clear any cheques from Nov onwards.

U Say they are clean so why didnt they inform any investors about there problem. Why when investors went to thier offices they replied. They are constantly advertising their plan through SMS and phone, then why they didnt bother to inform this thing to their investors through SMS or phone. Just tell me whether one single investor received any SMS that not to deposit their cheques and they are starting new scheme of payment thorugh ECS.

And more to say, why dont they complaint this problem about Axis bank to RBI and if complained show us the letter, display on their website.

If your friend Mr. Verma is clean then why he is not getting bail

I am a investor of company "shri resort" a unit of Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent Pvt, as per promised by authorities of Indore office, They provide us a agreement and monthly and annual cheques against one time investment and we have to put these cheques on 10th of every month in over banks. Till Novmber'09 all went fine but in Decmber'09 they have bounced aprox. All cheques due to funds not sufficient, as per them they have some problem with that ( Axis bank) so they will do the direct money transfer, for that we have to submitted over original cheques and photocopy of that agreement with NEFT Format , we had submitted it but till date we haven't received any money in over bank accounts and the other branch (Statements house, CP) cheques also bounced due to stop payments and offices phone are pick by any one , as per them they will transfer money by Monday (30 th Dec'09). can any one suggest what will I do, I am in very big trouble. the office address of Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent Ltd
