Sub: Non payment of deposit in respect of A/c No. 21239813389 under SAHARA 4 Scheme

Dear Sir,

I opened a monthly deposit account under SAHARA 4 scheme of Sahara India Financial Corporation Limited on 1st July 2004 with Madangir Village, New Delhi – 110 062 branch (address as under) and a request for premature withdrawal of deposits was submitted along with all documents related to above account, on the basis of which I was issued a cheque for Rs. 17,924/- dated 24-07-2009 in my favour.

I had submitted an undertaking at the time of submission of application for premature withdrawal that I do not have any bank account in my name and payment be made in cash only.

Now inspite of my several visits to Branch Manager, Shri Virendra Singh of Madangir Village Branch, says he can not do anything in this matter and suggested me to go to anywhere to get this done.

My several visits have not yielded any results, I am left with no other choice to approach you for the justice.

Dear Sir,

I have paid 20 instalments of Rs. 300 each in the Sahara 4 scheme. After that the agent ceased to operate and my payments were stopped.

I have been trying to contact Sahara on given email ID but have not recd any replies. I do not how to get my money back.
