On the month of june i had read an Advertisement relating to financial investment of city real com ltd which was an ISO 9001-2000 company which promise us to give monthly cheques of RS 17,500 by doing investment of RS 2.49 lacs .Two months later the cheques started dishonouring.After 2 or 3 days i heard a news relating that the company was fraud and underground & all their Offices are Closed .So Please HElp me Regarding these Case

Immediately approach the police station the area where the company office is located and register a case of fraud section 420.Acompany with you all xerox copies of applications, cheques, receipts etc.
Get FIR Number from the police station.
Also parrelley get bank statements of the bounced cheques and give it your advocate of fraud directly in court.
the court will summon the company immediately,

I have invested 1,29,000 in the citi real group during may 2009 and recied 12 chaques out of which only two cheques (DT. 20.6 09 & 20.7.09) were encashed and the third cheque was dishonoured and returned by the bank. Subsequently I filed a case on the above fraud at DGP(Corruption) office, chennai vide letter dated 15 December 2009.Till date i have not received any message.Ishall be much grateful if I am given any i nformation on the above subject.

MY name is umesh singh I invested Rs-151000/- in city Realcom and i got assurance to get, 60 post dated cheque for Rs. 7775/- each and Rs. 50000/- after 5 years, but after 4 cheque the 5th cheque bounced and office of the company is closed. I am Bhupal Singh satyapal. I have invest Rs 130000/in City Real Com. when I paid this money That was the condition's that Company will pay to me Rs. 7775/pm for 5 years. I recd only 10 cheques @7775/-.I asked to company to serval times in Delhi Office (Nehru Place) but I didn't receive any response from company. Now you are requested to please try to finalize this situation as early as possible & Give the instruction to company to clear my balance payment with interest with my initial amount.
