Few days back, I have read in the newspaper that Official receiver appointed by HIgh Court for Alpic Finance liquidation has asked for the claims on the prescribed forms
Can you send me that prescribed claim form and the address of the official receiver..

I had invested Rs. 10000 in Alpic Finance for17 months on 29.06.2000 vide cheque no 173496 dated 28.06.2000 of Union bank & application no. 90013034 at SAS HOUSE, IST FLOOR, SAPRU MARG LUCKNOW. the maturity date was 29.11.2001. However, till date nothing is in receipt. No communication, no assurance and no hope.

I have invested in alpic infrastructure bondsii series ii- cumulative. Folio no. B1/r000035. Distinctive no. 00003457 -00003466. I have submitted the original bonds to alpic finance ltd 0n 02/02/2002. As i did not get the maturity proceedings i wrote to official liquidator of alpic finance ltd, bank of india bldg, nr. Mumbai high court, 5th floor, mg road, mumbai 23 on 08/04/2004. Till date there i no response from them also. Please advise how to get my money back. Regards, j. Rashmi

I had invested in series 1 =Alpic Project Infrastructure cumulative income Bonds Rs 5000/- vide Regd.Folio No A1/A000242, Certificate No 000031303, No of Bonds ** 5** (Five), Distinctive Nos 00017776- 00017780 and date of Allotment 31/03/1998. In terms of provisions contained in the Trust Deed and condition printed on bond certificate the company since did not comply with in respect of repayment of bonds as also interest payable thereon upon maturity ,I wrote to Bank of India, Mumbai who in turn inform me that a suit was filed for recovery of the dues of bondholders in the high court of Bombay and the matter is subjudice. Since bank of boroda as claimed they are not given the guaranty of repayment of bonds as also interest payable thereon as per the terms of provisions contained in the Trust Deed and the liabilty lies only with the company ie Alpic Finanace ltd.
Please advise as to how should I proceed to get my money back.

Till date I have not got my maturity amount inspite of several follow up
