i have invested city real com Mumbai Rs139000 in jan 2009. they have prommised to gaurented return of money of rs. 7775per month for five years.I had received 7 cheque of Rs.7775 from feb-2009 to august- 2009,after that they have not sent any cheque or money. I inquired three time about my next cheche, they gave me next date to call, but they had not sent any response by telephon. I have try to contact on their mumbai office personaly and found that their office is closed.on 17th sep 2009 i surprised to face the news from media and news paper that city real com group (mumbai) done fraud to many investor,at present all the persons of city group are underground. now i want to regiser complain of finacial fraud aginst the city real com group mumbai. so please take immidiate action aginst this group and recover my balance money from this group. please guid me how to fight aginst this company. thanking you
