i am a house wife and have small family, i invested Rs 2,49,000(two lakh forty nine thousand) 0n 16/07/09 in city limouzine, and now i am feeling insecure that whether my money is in saffe hands or not, i found the only gateway of your site to get justice, pls look into the matter and give me the details of the company and also by this you can help people to get them warned by this type of companies, i am having faithin my countrys judical and consumer court department that they can solve this, so pls look into the matter and maintain your faith forever in the indian citizens heart.........

I had invested Rs 2,45,000/- in the City Realcom, Bangalore during 2008.Since, Aug 09, no cheque was honoured . I have four years' monthly payments due from the said co. All I received was an intimation from advocates ; J N Associates Mumbai, to attend shareholders' meeting which was proposed to held during October 2009.Later I learned that was never conducted. I haven't lodged FIR till now as i have permanently moved out of Bangalore to Thrissur.
Will anyone inform me what should I do ?

I, KA Williams resident of Thrissur, Kerala had deposited Rs 2,45,000/- in Combo scheme during 2008. Since August 2009, the cheques are not honoured by the City Realcom Ltd.Please advice on course of action to be followed and kindly do the needful. Thanks.
