My daughter has invested 2.60 lacs in city realcom on 01.08.2009 but till date no
intimation about repayment cheques or agreement. Only we have got receipts.
Now it seems some scam.

My family members and friends were invested huge amounts with M/S. CITYREAL COM LIMITED / M/S. CITY LIMOUZINES (India) LTD.

For the past 6 Years, they are paying the monthly installments to the Investors without any complaint.

But, from July 2009 onwards, their services are not satisfactory and they locked their Chennai Branch Office from 14th September 2009 onwards without any intimation / information to the Investors. While seeing this blogs, it seems that there are several cases are against the Companies. In the meantime they trying to reduce the EMI amount by using Company Act / High Court and the result will be came to know to Tamil Nadu Investors only after 7th October 2009.

In the meantime, it may please be clarified whether we may issue the following notice to them and file complaint with the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum , Chennai 600 004 by combined Investors under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 if no response is received from them with in 7 days.

I am Dilip Kulkarni from Khopoli (Mob. No.+919423821976) , I have bought a preference share in city real com limited company under city group , for the the amount of Rs.1,36,000/ and have not received the the amount they promised at the time of purchase (Rs.7900/-) each month for 5 years ..

I think it is being a big Scam. Please do the needful to get the money back.

I had invested in CITY REALCOM , Chennai area ,after lot of persuasion by friends and after watching it for six months and also seeing that it is ISO certified. First I had put two schemes of 127000/- each and after neat and smooth payment of cheques bought two more for brother . but just after two months of that , problem---- I thought that things will become O.K ,after the police took the case and the Case in Mumbai court , but after 18months also no light.

Can any body give advice what to do , where to lodge complaint? what is the possibility of getting the money back , it is a question of 4.5 Lac .
