    I have called the customer care many times.they said to email me at sandeep@360.in but till now no response.They are volunteerly cutting the call and they are saying the same response that my product will be delivered day after tomorrow.But no hope.Can you please involve in this matter and close this fraud company to end.iam ready to file a case in any court .this fraud site should be stopped.

    We are sorry for the delay in delivery of the product ordered by you. The delay was caused due to the size of the t-shirt and track suit not mentioned when the order was placed. The same has been delivered to you and hence we request you to kindly remove the complaint from the forum.

    Default got damaged piece and sent back but not yet delieverd back

    dear sir /madam,
    i had ordered a reebok classic watch from gift 360.in
    they sent me the watch in 3 working days but the watch has to many sratches so i called gift 360 they said to send it back to mr.sunil
    My consignment no. is 12619849793 (bluedart)
    it has been delivered on 17th sept
    and i am continuously sending mails to mr. sunil and he is saying we have not got the product . once we received the product will let you know and will do needfull
    if you got through the bluedart site you will see it has been already delivered on 17th sept or 18th sep .is this the way to treat the loyal customer of gift360.
    please look into the matter thanking you

    Hi all,
    I have placed an order on 18th Sep.My order no. is 4132. Till date, I have not recieved the order. And the call centre team is such pathetic that when I call them they cut my phone.... What is fraud company... There way of dealing with customer is pathetic... Kindly try to be loyal to your customers... Please look into this matter...

    Angry Gift 360 - Product not delivered

    I had placed an order (Order number 74601) with Gift 360 on 6th October 2009 for a pair of Reebok sunglasses (Product code 1696) and a set of two Reebok T-Shirts (Product code 1695). It was mentioned in the sodexho catelog that if i order both the products, i will be getting a Reebok cap free of cost. I received the sunglass last week, but didn't get the other two products. When i called the customer care, they said i will be getting it this week.

    They didn't even mention that the product is out of stock when they took the order. I had clearly mentioned my preferred size ( XL) and the executive assured me that the product will be delivered on time.

    Now I see a lot of complaints against gift 360 saying that this is a fraud company. I have started warning my friends in my company who might try placing an order with them, as we all get this company's catalog with the sodexo food coupons issued to us. Atleast they will not be tricked. Also plan to spread the word by mail to all the friends in the network and social networking sites to create a mass awareness to people to be vigilant about such online frauds.

    Would appreciate if you could advise me on how to get the products.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have ordered a philips grooming set on 24 th october 2009.my order number is 77088.From that day i am calling gift 360 to either send my product or refund my money.But only one response i got from there , that the product will be shipped in next 3 days.but no response from those peoples.

    I am totally frustrated. But being a responsible citizen i need to file a case against them.please help me in this regard.
    what action should i take so that no other people are invlove with these people.

    so problem is that now i got some software problem with this phone so i went to sony service center,bsel tower vashi railway station
    and they are saying that this mobile is purchased frm out of country so they cant repair it under warranty they are asking for money for this>> so now what should i do ?? At the time of purchasing citibank told me that this mobile has got 1 year warranty ... So plz reply

    Default wrong delivery of product

    dear sir,
    Pl refer to order no. 112609, I had ordered for a product - summit 2 pc luxury set (code - 2070) of brown colour. But I have been delivered the product of burgundy colour and also stiching is not proper near the chain of one bag. In this regard, I talked several times to the representative of gift360 to replace the product, but noyhing has been done so far. Pay ment of the product has been deducted from SBI Card immediately. But for the last one and half month, I am not getting the right product. Therefore, I request you to replace the product.

    Default Non Delivery of Products

    I placed an order with Gift360.in on 16th August 2010, vide order number 15330, worth INR 1740.00. I was informed the products would be delivered within 21 days. It has been well over 21 days, I have not received the products.

    When I contact the customer care phone, they say they do not have the information as this order was placed through their website and asked me to send a mail. Whenever I enquired via email, they kept stating the products will be delivered within 21 days. The last response I received was, the products have not yet been dispatched.

    I forwarded my mail to sandeep@gift360.in and I am daily sending a mail to enquiry@gift360.in. I never received any response from Sandeep, and the customer care stopped responding to my email.

    I had received a brochure along with my ICICI Bank credit card statement, which has offers from Gift360.in. I am thinking how can ICICI Bank tie up or promote or endorse this company?

    M/s Gift360, what is your response to the above? Are you going to deliver my products or refund my money? There isn't a third option, either deliver or refund, choose the best option.

    My name is Abhishek Singh and a customer of gift.360. I ordered a xperia X8 on 14 Feb 2011, the amount of Rs 14994 was deducted from my account instantly but the order was not delivered even after regular delays.I mailed at your escalation department for cancellation of my order but there was no reply.Customer care told me that it will get refunded after 12 days but there was no result.Today when I called again they told that there is no mail to the escalation department and asked me to do so again.
    Please help me with this trouble. The details have been given below:-

    Hi,

    I ordered the Frank leon watch in gift360.co.in via online on 4/11/2011 and amount 499.00 is deducted from my credit card, we still not recvd the watch and the customer care numbers of the site is keeps the call on hold. i tried more than 20 times and still no luck, also i sent the mail reg this order , no reply yet.
