I had ordered a product via snapdeal.com on April 5 ,2012 . The product was delivered on 09 ,April 2012 .
The details in relation to the product are as under :

Name of the Product : Micromax Funbook (Midnight Black)
Invoice No. : ST-033
Date of delivery Received : 09/04/2012
I would like to inform you that the device delivered to mee , was faulty , the internet stayed connected only when the charger was plugged in tablet device.
I had contacted the snapdeal helpdesk but I did not receive any response from the customer helpdesk . I having aggrieved by their non response I contacted the manufactuerer service center "MICROMAX" , but they state that they need the IMEI no. of the product which is also not being provided to mee by the snapdeal
I am at a total pitiable situation , without any help .
Please look into the matter and revert back .
