Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of ORTEL brodband internet service and my Customer ID is 524665. It is the matter to report that, ORTEL is providing a very bad service for internet.
Most of the time we cannot able to get internet service and if we try to lodge any complain to the customer care, the phone no provided by the ORTEL is most of the time does not respond, and the IVR cut in the midway of reporting. So, we have to try again and again by spending our phone balance. So, it is very difficult to lodge any complain about the problematic Internet service to the company. Besides there is no other option left by the company, where a customer can able to report but, the monthly BILL comes in time and if we delay the payment, they cut our connection.

So, I want request you to kindly take necessary steps by which the company should good service to the customers and they must pay compensation if they unable to provide service.
Also it should be noted that, the customer care must attend all of the complains regarding any difficulty in accessing Internet and must solve the issue within a stipulated time. Otherwise they should be penalized for cheating the customers.

After all we are paying for getting the proper service and, what we are paying every month, that is the price of it and not any donation to the company.
