    Dear Sir
    This is my first message
    I opted a WiMAX Connection last month and I am not satisfied by your services, and I need to withdraw the connection. And I want to get my money back as your sales executive Mr. Avi Gupta promised me. Please do the needful ASAP, and provide me a complaint ID too.

    i am facing so many problem and i got frosted.
    i call so many time to your executive( AVI GUPTA 7891888020) but he does not receive any call
    then i will call another number he is abusing me and say you can not do anything.
    i have call so many time at your customer care number & your toll free number but no response from that side they said every and every we will solve your in two days.
    we have receive so many message from customerservice@tatacommunications.com but no any needful solution

    Hi Sir there is no progress on my complacent & no any information what's this position of complacent that is in progress or not ?
    we sent so many mail at customerservice@tatacommunications.com. Now we are going to consumer court because we haven't any other option.
    your service and your customer support is very bad. when you have requirement of customer that time your Executive promise so many thing when the customer paid the amount then you can't give any proper support & service to the customer this very bad.
    Please give me revert as soon as possible.

    My Airtel DTH customer ID is 3001803901, I had requested for Set-top box upgrade to HD. For upgrading, I called customer care at 12150, to get information on upgrade. Here i was told that i need to upgrade my exsisting account with 1999 and call them back after successfull recharge. As told, I recharged my account with 1999 using my Citibank creditcard. After recarging, i called customer care babk on 12150, i requested them to upgrade my account, but got a reply, Sorry Sir, you cannot upgrade through customer care, we are not authorize to upgrade, you need to contact Upgrade department to place a request at 12148. As requested i made a call to 12148 to place a request. I spoke to agent and told him to take a request, he said, Sorry Sir we cannot take a request, as ur account is recharged for monthly package, you need to make a new payment, through IVR for 1999 again. I was told that amount 1999 which i have charged my account can be useed for monthly package, i was OK with making 1999 payment again. I did successfull IVR payment again through my citibank Credit Cardand got transation ID from agent as 19691513. I was told that ur request will be attended in 24-48 hours. I got a call from Airtel represntative for upgrade yesterday and my set-top box was upgraded to HD. After this i checked my airtel account which was recharged with 1999 was deducted with 1750. This was false commitment by agent that you can use ur money for monthly package, but it was deducted instantly. I called a customer care may times after this and got weired answers from different agent and was always disconnected in between conversation. Every time i had to explain all stuff again to new agents. I checked with Citibank for transactions on my card and they confirmed that there are 2 transaction on my account one with Bharati airtel ltd which i rechared my airtel account for 1999 and orther with Airtel DTH which I did through IVR. I went to airtel office on bannergatta road, to check the issue, and came to kno that only one transaction is done. I have details of my transaction and would like to take strict action on Airtel for frustrating and making me pay twice for one upgrade. I would require my 1999 back to my account and strict action on airtel customer care.
