Lousy MTS MBlaze internet service

    Angry Lousy MTS MBlaze internet service



    I bought an MTS MBlaze data card 4 months ago. My data card number is 8433005172. I've been struggling with terrible internet speeds as low as a constant 30kbps download/0kbps upload and actual data transfer rates of around 9kbps while downloading files online, all this while proclaiming to offer "UPTO" 3.1Mbps download and 1.8Mbps upload speeds at best.

    Several complaints later, including those addressed to the nodal officer, the customer support shoots back a mail that says that there is nothing they can do to solve my problem. So I have an option of suffering such low speeds or discontinuing. There are several mails and screen shots as proof of my correspondence.

    They have no right to cheat customers with such high claims during a sales pitch and then duping them once they money is in their coffers.

    It's not just the connection speed which is an issue. First and foremost, inspite of furnishing my ID and address proof in the form of my passport potocopy, they go ahead and register my data card in the name of some random person by the name of Mohammed Syed or thereabouts. They then mentally harass me over this for a very long time. Their network engineers promise to visit my site everyday in the morning for a whole week after my complaint and then fail to show up, and dn't even answer my calls when I try reaching them. When a network engineer finally comes to my place and does a speed test, he too acknowledges the deplorable speed, yet once he leaves the vicinity, my case is conveniently closed and said to be resolved, without actually ever being.

    Almost every person who happens to be the face of the organisation - the call centre agents, the network engineers, the customer relationship executives are downright rude and never interested in solving a complaint.

    I want justice. They cannot take innocent customers for a ride. Either deliver what you say or lower your claims.

    I've wasted precious money and time running from pillar to post trying to find a solution for my problem.

    Either refund my money, including damages for the countless hours spent calling up the call centre and waiting for an engineer to visit me, OR rectify the problem and give me decent speed and give it in writing that I cannot expect more than a certain speed limit.

    Default MTS mblaze slow net speed

    I am struggling with my MTS Mblaze net speed.
    It is supposed to give a speed of 3.1 Mbps but I get an average speed of 200-300Kbps.
    my MTS number is 8432934509(rajasthan).
    please look into the matter.

    I am also stuggling with same problem as Righteous,

    My complaint ID is C12-47730102, c12-47563934

    MTS support team had closed my complaint without informing me. They cheating with me from last 6 months. Some days back I got good network and speed on my MTS datacard and from last months suddently network bars start reducing and Internet speed is also downgraded. I want full refund of my money and time which is consumed

    No action has been taken yet after Mr. Pratik visited onsite to check Internet speed. when I called after week to customer care they are saying that your complaint has been closed. This is purely unprofessional. How can they close my complaint without notifying me?

    Angry MTS data card speed is 0 kbps..

    I bought MTS data card 4 months ago. I've been struggling with terrible internet speeds as low as a constant 11kbpps. They proclaim to offer "UPTO" 3.1Mbps download speed. Buts that is not the truth. The speed is very low and keeps on fluctuating. Sometimes it just hangs on to 0kbps for not less than 30 minutes. What is the use of such a useless connection...

    I would like to mention that its been a week and it just hangs on 0kbps for most of the time. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible...
