    Thumbs down No broadband signals relaince netconnect+ waste



    Hi my self ashutosh pandey my netconnect+ no. Is 9391895624,i am using reliance net connect+ last one year .
    I have problem regarding my speed and i am not able to get connect in high speed/hybrid mode.many times i raised the complaint but it was not solved.
    As per ur dealer he allways says that it will come .the latest complaint no. Is 17834103 at the customer care. They respond that it is in weak signal area it will not solve
    but thing is that if i am not getting speed that u recommended than why should i pay that much of tarrif.
    If u know that it is in weak signal area than why u r allowing to sell broadband connection in thbis area without informing costumers regarding speed.

    hi i am manikandan my netconnct+ no is 9381384349. i am not getting signal in the netconnect+ mode. even in the high speed and hybrid mode the downloading not crossing the damn speed of 18 kbps. the network is very slow.

    Hi there,

    This is Manimaran from Chennai. I bought a Reliance Data card before 3 days(25/05/2012). Still my data card cant reach 150 Kbps. Its a very Good Speed. Oh i forgot to tell. I did not get a signal in my house. Then only i can connect to my computer.

    My Area: Taramani - Chennai
    My Modem Number - 9380282192
    My Mobile Number - 9944509663

    Is any one save Reliance Data Card Name Please? Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Technical Staffs or etc. Any one please?

    Angry Most Pathetic Internet Service Award Goes to Reliance Broadband Services

    Hi All,

    My Reliance Broadband wire-line internet service have been down for 3 weeks.
    Every time I made a compliant they give me some or the other excuse. currently my service are down for past 12 days and no resolution has been given to me. In fact the complaint are close without even conforming with me whether the service are working or not.
    I ask to quite a few speak to Team leader, supervisors, executive and I have been made several promises that there manager is going to call me but so far no one contacted me.
    I raised a request to cancel my services and get refund for the time the service didn't work and they deny that stating that "First the service need to be fixed before they can take any request cancel of service or refund".

    My user ID is :330570514564

    I am spending 1 hr everyday with support and customer care to cancel my service or to get it fix. In the mean while they are keep on charging me Rs. 1031 every month and fine over it.

    Default Sudden drop in Netconnect+ speed.

    Hi,

    I have been using netconnect+ since June 2012 and I used to get around 200 to 1000kpbs speed and I had recharged Rs 3000/18Gb for 6 months. Recently on 21-Jan-2013 I recharged Rs.255 since then I am getting 50 to 150kpbs speed. Have raised this issue to customer care..they are asking to reinstall the rconnect software, but I am trying to explain the situation, but they are just telling me what they are asked to say.

    It looks like when you recharge Rs.255 there is cap applied for the speed. It was good until 17-Jan-2013, but now it is terrible. I am planning to stop using Netconnect and my friends informed me that Aircel is providing a better internet service so will switch to them if Reliance is not going to resolve the issue in 10 days.
