    Angry Tikona ISP Services

    Hi,

    My Name is Swapnil Silam , Using Tikona ISP since past 2 years TIKONA ID -- 1101728831 & changed my price plans 2 or 3 times without any issues, But now these guys asking there customer to pay Line Rental of new ( ADBB849 ), Being a customer for so long they should trust your customer rather than asking them to pay advance rental, they made me feel like i am using your internet for free or i am not going to pay my bill,

    I even mailed there Appellate officer but no response just sending a auto-reply to my complain , No phone calls where made after another 4 days again i mailed them seeking for a reply or positive response however another auto-generated email was sent to me stating they did try calling me but there was no response , That is not at acceptable my is on 24 hrs a day and 365 days in a year.

    I think they forgot the meaning of customer service or they think customer are fool , Because of customers they are able to stand in these world, If customer leave TIKONA will be just a name in ISP history.

    Tikona Team,

    I was not able to access any sites from this connection.
    Called TIKONA customer care, the call got connected to Prajakta , she told me to restart the system and go into the Safemode Networking and access the sites.Due to network issue call got disconnected in middle.
    Then i called back again , had a call with Aakash , he raised a complaint for this..
    After that i called up again , and there comes our Hero Umang Mehta..
    He resolved my issue.

    You saved so much time and my loss..

    Hope you train other people on the issue resolution...

    it has been 15 days i have applied for changing my installatin adress

    bt the customer care is not doing so they are every time saying tommorow sir two days .
    i am not getting a way out my money is totally wasted this month cuzz i am unable to access internet . my id is 1105098414

    Default 15 days no solution by tikona

    i have been calling tikona from 15 daYS FOR CHANGING MY INSTALLATION ADDRESS
    BUT HAVENT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM TIKONA ENGINEERS
    I HAVE CLEARED MY DUE ON TIME
    THEN ALSO THEY ARE NOT FORWARDING MY COMPLAINT
    I AM FED UP LISTNING TOMMORROW FROM THE CUSTOMER CAREE
    SIR PLEASE HELP
    BECAUSE MY MONEY IS BEING TOTALLY WASTED BECAUSE OF THIS.
