MTS billing and speed problem I have bought a MTS mblaze connection in feb 2012 i had been promised by the salesperson that i would get a speed of 3.1mbps but thee speed i got was shockingly slow i.e i used get about 150 to 200kbps how many ever times i called up the customer care they are just useless and hopeless. I had been told by the salesperson not to pay the bill if i was not satisfied with the connection.I tried to cancel my connection but these MTS guys have a stupid procedure that if we want to cancel a connection we have to go to a MTS outlet and fill a cancellation form but i could not find that cancellation form in 3 stores that i visited so i called up to the customer care where they took the complaint to cancel it but they are telling that the connection will not get cancelled until i pay my bill .They are forcing me to pay the bill for the service they have not provided.I REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO BUY MTS PRODUCTS AND BRING HOME SUFFERINGS.
