    My reliance internet connection is not working from 12th feb 2012,then i made so many complaints but they didn't respond and finally i made a request on 17 FEB for the termination of services and they told within 10 days your services will be terminated.But till this date it has not been terminated and they have send me a bill again asking for the payment.
    Sir, my bill gets generated on 19th of every month and i need to make the payment before 10th of every month,i made the last payment on 13th Feb which is for the month of January 19th to February 19th, so which means they only have to refund me money for the 7 days for which connection was not working. But they are arguing that you have to make the payment for this month also i don't know for what i have to pay when my connection is not working and when i have already made a request for the termination of services. So it is requested sir kindly take action against these people.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I wish you to look in to my matter as customer care and the local reliance office here in Dehradun / lucknow have not sorted my issue out since november 2011. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact somebody on phone who can deal with my problem, but every time the person on the end of the phone answers back saying that the problem doesn't relate to there department. I tired calling

    Reliance Enterprise (Voice and Data) on 1800 3000 8383
    Reliance Landline and Broadband on 1800 3000 7777
    nodal office / appellate office on 18602002011


    But each time the executive on the phone passed the buck and said that its not their problem.

    I wish to complain about the careless attitude of your staff members here in Dehradun and in Lucknow.
    I was approached by one Mukul Pant, a Business Enterprise Manager with Reliance communications Ltd. Dehradun for a wireless Internet connection for my college, situated in Dehradun.


    I received a proposal from Mukul on September 15th 2011 and after negotiations on 29th September 2011 we finalised that a 2mbps wireless Internet connection will be implemented (with in 4-6 weeks, although Mukul said verbal that the connection will be installed with in 4 weeks i.e by 27th October 2011) and purchase order was issued the same day. An advance payment of Rs. 51987/- was also paid vide chq. No 355746....


    Since this new Internet connection from RCOM was to be implemented I gave a 1 months notice to my present Internet supplier to terminate his connection from 1st November 2011.


    On numerous occasions in October 2011 I contacted Mukul via email as well as phone in regards to the progress of my new connection but I never received any positive reply as to the date of installation.


    Around mid October 2011 I received a visit from one of your engineers to check the signal strength (for the radio tower), and was surprised to learn when your engineer told me that it was not feasible to install a tower at my college since the signal strength was very low. The reason I said I was surprised was because during the presentation of your proposal, Mr Mukul said that all feasibility tests for this and surrounding areas had been undertaken and that the signal strength was good at my location.


    However after being assured by Mukul that your technical team would sort this matter out I waited for the connection to be installed.


    The 4 week verbal agreement to install the reliance Internet connection had by now expired and soon after, the 6 week time limit for installation also lapsed.


    After being frustrated about not having an Internet connection in my office and not receiving any reply from Mukul, I sent Mukul an email on 17th November 2011 regarding cancellation of the connection since 7 weeks had already passed.. Mukul assured me that my money would be refunded and advised me to forward my complaint to Mr. Mukesh Tandon, Asst General Manager Enterprise Broadband UP, which I did the same day.


    Till date (week no. 12+) I have not received a single reply from Mr Mukesh Tandon even after numerous emails regarding my refund. Is Mr Mukesh so busy that he doesn't have the time to check his emails or doesn't he have the courtesy to reply to them? Either way this is most shocking that a person of this designation treats his customers so.


    I' am now forwarding this complaint to you at the Head Office since I believe that your local Dehradun branch as well as Lucknow branch are incompetent to deal with mine or any other case.
    I have not filled in any CAF, I have only issued a purchase order.

    My Mobile Number is 9321877680 Reliance disconnected my number as they said the documents have being not submitted without SMS to me.
    I rushed to reliance web at Shivajipark Dadar (W) Mumbai 400028 on 13-5-2012 and visited to them atleast 10 times from 13-5-2012 to 16-5-2012 but still my number is not connected.
    I wanted complaint to TRAI against them

    purchased device and connection from, reliance world, gandipuram, coimbatore, tamilnadu, india


    I would like to bring forward my situation to someone who could help. I purchased reliance cdma tab on 9th may, 2012 intending use it exclusively for internet usage. i was told by the sale rep that i have to opt for a minimim phone usage phone plan [around 90 rs per month rental] to avail the internet pack of 350 Rs for 500 mb. I was rold tha it would take 2 days fo the internet plan to get activated and i waited patiently. the phone service was activated the same day, but not service which i opted for.


    i started followup up on my internet connection from the third day onwards, atleast 3 times a day, thru phone, calling customer service [198, 222] , calling reliance world office, store manger, but everytime i got a false promise that the service will be activated shortly which never happene till date.

    on 12rh may i received a call from a person stating that he is calling5 for address verificaton, as i did not receive the service which i opted for, i declined to verify thru phone and asked a call back after 2 days. i called customer service for my internet activation and then they activated the service. later the next day morning my internet connection was disconnected along with outgoing facility, i called custome service and understood that i have been using the internet service which comes along with the phone service which has added up to around 500 rs and the internet pack which i subscribed was still not activated. since i wa not satisfied wih the level of customer service and since i did not get my interne connection, i wanted to cancel but i was told that i cannot cancel my connection within one month and i was forced to continue the service.

    on 13th i was pushed to my limits by the sales rep who promised to activate the service within 8
    pm, since that didnot happened i went to the 100feet road showroom and refused to leave until my service got activated OR until i get a full refund including my device AND cancel all my service the very same day.

    since the store manager was not there, i spoke tho him over the phone , later to a person called Venkat then to a person called Kodi.

    the govt norms phone address proof verification isit a joke. with the influence of thr people i spoke the phone outgoing facility got activated and i was able to use the internet which comes along with phon activation. i was told that rs500 was incurred due my internet usage using the regular phone line which will get eventually waived off and my intende internet pack for Rs 350 will be activated, first thing on Monday 14, May 2012, whih has not happened till date.

    today i was shoked to get a SMS message stating my phone usage is high Rs820, and hence i have to make a payment to get uninterrupted service.

    To inform my apathy i called customerservice and spoke to loknath, whowas rude. i complained that i need uninterrupte service since i am planning to use more internet and i explained the past happenings. i also complained that i hav still not received my origi al service for 500 mb.

    Loknath suggested i pay the bill to get uninterrupted service, i demanded to have the bill befor i make any payments. i also enquired about my billing period and he told thet he does not know the billing cycle since the bill is not generated. i wanted to complain about the entire happenings and Loknath clearly said that he cannot tak the complaint for this matter, is this not an issue to complain?

    should i pay? on what basis? dont i have the right to ask for uninterrupted service?


    i want to cancel the connection an get my deposite of around 300 back right away. i want compensation for the lost time of following up an the mental agony these people have caused me, which i still coninuing.

    pls bare with my typos as this is the first instance i am typin using my tablet .

    any suggestions, Please help me get rid of these people with hopeless commonsense.

    Default Continuation of connection even after clearing the payment

    Hi All,

    I am Gaurav Khanna from Ramprashta, Ghaziabad and this is reference to a reliance postpaid number 9555266612 which I was using earlier. As I was not happy with high bills that I was getting due to my data usage on 3g of reliance I decided to move back to my previous service provider. I took out the sim card & contacted Reliance office in Surya nagar from which the connection was taken & requested them to close my number.

    For which they took down my details and forwarded the same to their concerned department. For two months there was no feedback of any kind from Reliance regarding closing of my connection & I was forced to visit the center again for which I was told that I will be required to visit the head office in Laxmi Nagar myself to get it closed which was not convinient for me and I refused doing the same. Meanwhile I received a call regarding my dues not being cleared and I confirmed to the lady over the phone that I do not wish to continue with the number but am willing to settle my dues and get the number closed. After couple of days I received a call from the gentleman telling me that he can come and collect the amount for closing the connection from me and as there is a security deposit of INR 250 from my side that will be adjusted in the payment. Surprisingly enough I had paid INR 500 as security deposit and told the same for which he was surprised and told me that the same should be INR 250 only as this was not a big amount I told him to forget it and come and collect the payment and close the connection.

    I paid him in cash INR 1,100 against receipt no. DLI/12/PF 0513930 from book number 3893 and was told to destroy my sim card which I did. Mind you I did not negotiate with them and paid as asked by the executive. Couple of days later I got a call on my other number from the reliance team asking why I want to close my number and offering my some attractive plan If I would continue to which I refused and told that I do not wish to continue. They told me that my connection is closed as per my request.

    On 24th May I received a bill from reliance customer care for the number mentioned above. I immediately replied to all the concerned parties confirming that no amount is due from my side and the bills have been settled and connection closed from my side. I received a reply from Reliance customer care under reference number 'Reliance=010-286-197' that my connection is still active and repeat the entire process to get it closed.

    I ask if I am getting calls from reliance executives confirming that they have closed my connection, If their executive collect payment from my side for closing the connection how can the same be still active and I am getting the bills for the connection. I fill harassed and find this really annoying to go through the same procedure completely again.

    I am planning to drop a email trai on the same and request if any one has the email id where I can do so.

    Default RCom Care - Postpaid Service

    Hi,

    Although, I must say that at least you are replying to the complaints you are receiving.

    I did not get any calls, But please do find here the most Ridiculous & Absurd Communication possible from Reliance Customer Care that I have been receiving from the past couple of days, They are basically doing a very nice copy & paste jobs & I don't think they even bother to go through the entire email what the client have sent to them.

    According to them I have resumed my services, Am I liable for their assumptions when I am closing my connection, I know I am closing my connection, I am making my final payment and that is it from my side. This should actually come under mental harassment of a client. I am marking the communication showing that they had my termination request and they had actually closed my connection. Again they are saying they had a service request ID, I cleared my dues closed my connection and you generate a bill & then generate a service request ID how can I be liable for this.

    And lastly I paid cash for INR 1,100 against receipt no. DLI/12/PF 0513930 from book number 3893 against closing of my connection if this was not collected my side for closing of the connection (Reliance Executive called & confirmed that this was for closing the connection) what was it collected against. The amount of INR 1100 was not given by me but was given by Reliance Executive as the due amount from my side. :

    Thank you for such a informative mail.

    Do you mind clearing the following points

    a) When your executive have cleared my pending bills and cancelled my number, when I have already received a call from your call center claiming that why I wish to close my number offering me new plans in lieu of continuation of number and me confirming to them that I dont want to continue with the number. If your team did not close the number from their end how come I am liable for paying for any mistakes from your end.

    b) You are asking me to make the payment again & visit your center again to get this cancelled, do you think that every person is sitting at their home with nothing better to do and move around your offices.

    I am making myself as clear as it is from my side that I have made all my dues clear and no further bills are pending from my side. I find myself being mentally harassed and am willing to take this further with any authority who is claiming to look into this matter.

    I request you to mark copy to all the people being marked in this mail. I will be proceeding with putting up this complaint on various sites including sending a detail email on how your organization is trying to fleece more money out of a customer for a mistake made on your team end if I do not see a resolution coming my end.
