    Sir,I booked a on line ticket on 02/08/2012 from Mangalore to Quilon .The amount is deducted from my account.But the ticket is not issed.I varified the booked history,the ticket is not booked.What shall I do for it.

    Default Regarding Birth Reallocation

    This is totally fraud. I had done a reservation of seat for my father & He had some trouble with his hip bone so he can't get up to upper birth and I had applied for the lower birth & at that time i got it & it was confirmed but on the date of journey it is change with the upper birth in different coach. There is no sense of that guy who takes care of all these things. At least if someone had applied for the lower birth & once he got it then suddenly when going to journey then he gets know that it is changed. While he was thinking that everything is right & according to him. I got Very bad experience.

    Question suspension of my account

    Respected sir.
    My account has been suspended without any reason.I am unable to book e ticket through.

    Default Refund not done

    I tried to book a ticket from Mysore to Hubli with IRCTC, and until the payment log-in page it was OK, once the payment was done, the IRCTC got hung.
    I tried once more and landed in the same situation. When checked in the status after 2 days , it shows "Payment Settled" However, no money is been credited to my account.
    What should I do? Details given below as seen in the IRCTC. Date of transaction: 19th Aug.

    I travelled in T.NO 12434 Rajdhani exp h NIZAMUDDIN TO MAS & PNR NO 223-6898879 dt 24th Aug 2012 my seat no is A3- 36. My complaint is regarding catering service-the caterers did not serve SOUP before lunch and dinner on 25th Aug 2012. Secondly NON VEG & ICE CREAM was not offered for dinner ON 25TH Aug 2012. Thirdly the feedback forms are filled just before dinner because the caterers are so smart, and they tend make fool the passengers everyday.And henceforth I kindly request you to take the steps needed to avoid such things in the mere future.

    hie i booked my ticket with in 5 mintues i cancelled the ticket but i didn't get back my money so this getting back the money is late taking money is fast what a stupid irctc

    Cool automatic cancelation of my ticket

    sir ,

    i had booked a ticket from secunderabad to kakinada by godawari express in 3rd AC on 2nd september 2012 ,the date of journey is 17th november 2012.and the PNR NUMBER IS 4863070151.I got the printed confirmation ticket along
    with message on my phone. but on 3rd i received the message of cancellation of myticket message is received
    on my mobile and my ticket found cancelled .

    a part my money is being returned with out fault of mine. please return my total amount and confirm why my ticket
    is cancelled for no reason

    Default No proper maintainence

    I have been traveling regularly on train but there is no train is properly maintained. Then in the food section i don't know what is the reason to keep/doing veg when veg & non-veg are done in same vessel / container it is been mixed with non-veg container. it is totally a human killing. in most of the train insects are there even in AC compartment... Then toilets are not properly maintained even after every journey..


    if they could not manage why the hell they are charging for...

    Angry Faid transection

    Dear sir, i booked my ticket on irctc website my user name is :MONA99, I booked in train no :19222,2tire ac on dated 7-sept-2012, during the booking my transection was faild and transfer to my account to irctc sbi account my transection no is:0557629673 this trans. Trf. Irctc sbi account no :30085132582 and my bank tansection id is: IGC7026495 vide this transection diducted my account but ticket not booked

    I tried booking a ticket from agra cantt. To bhopal jn. On 13-09-2012. Payment rs.975 was made from my icici bank account through net banking but ticket was not issued and instead an error message appeared on the screen that the session had been timed out. I again made the reservation and this time the transaction was successful. The debited amount for the first unsuccessful attempt has not been refunded to my bank account.

    While booking Tickets on 06-09.2012, Rs. 1358/- was debited twice to my A/c vide Transaction ID-05572253119 & ID-0557227210 for failed transactions but the each amount of Rs. 1358/- , totaling Rs. 2716/- has not been credited to my A/c. till date.

    Unhappy Is this the way IRCTC website works to public

    Hi All,

    Its been very long i have travelled in IRCTC with confirmed ticket & reserved seat. Every time i book tickets & just it gets cancelled automatically because it is not confirmed.

    1. Why the website does not respond to common man.
    2. How could a Railway agent book ticket.
    3. Why dont IRCTC come up with some new idea for Ticket booking.
    4. Atleast give chance to private companies to have their railways.
    5. Why the train Chennai Express(Starts at 1.30 from CSTM) has only 16 tickets available for Tatkal (only one coach)
    6. What is this non sence, we have to face everytime we book ticket on the root CSTM to Chennai.
    7. No new trains since more than a decade.
    8. Atleast add 2 coaches as CC.

    Please suggest me a way to fight against this as i m frustated with the government.

    your are right

    irctc website never work properly its indicate our bogus politicians and politics please do the needful its break the heart of corers of Indians population.

    hello sir,
    I am seriously feeling like this site has been made for the brokers. I tried to book a ticket from my phone via 3g internet service, all other site opened just fine, but it did not even give me the login page also, even once. I went to cyber cafe but it still did not open up the page. And i was keeping an eye continuously on the ticket availability via indian railway site, all the tickets were booked and i was siting like an idiot. I understand load balance qnd everything about a server, but it is not possible that the tickets are getting booked by someone else and i kept on trying for 2hours. Sick of curruption every where. I dont know if anything is for the common people or everything is for government officer's extra income

    Exclamation not justifying with 14005 lichivi passangers

    today on 2nd of november i m travelling in 14005 lichchavi exp coach no B2 berth no 13. This train is late by 5 hours in my origin station chhapra all the train expect this is going approx in time and even this train is not getting signal to move even other train getting signal which came even after this train. Due to this too much delayed i ll not be able to catch my next train. As i m paying approx the same cost as VAISHALI passangers are paying and will indian railway will pay me back my looses . If not it is not fair . Pl let me know the reason of this ? My contact no is 8141146783.
