Complaint Againsst Tata Photon + Team

    Default Complaint Againsst Tata Photon + Team

    I sravanthi Inturi has procured TATA photon plus connection on 29th Aug 2009, with an account number 902577781 with a credit limit of Rs.1200/-. Initially we took the connection with plan Rs.500/- and 30hrs unlimited usage. Later we changed it to Rs.950/- unlimited plan on Nov 2010. We have been paying the bill on time till May 2011.These are the following requests we made
    1. We have requested for change of billing address in the month of March 2011 at TATA indicom outlet KPHB. (Service request number 259258409)
    2. We have requested for disconnection on May 31st and the connection was disconnected on 16th June (service request number 266669273).We checked and confirmed regarding disconnection immediately in the month of June itself.
    Problem
    1. The plan was changed from unlimited to limited without our request and the Rs.10726/- bill amount was generated on 23.06.11 without our knowledge.
    2. The credit limit was increased to Rs.26000/- from Rs.1200/- without any intimation and any request from our side.
    3. Though we got the confirmation of disconnection on June itself we were told connection was active for 3 months.
    4. We have settled the issue by paying regular bill amount Rs.1048/- as Mr. Koteswar Rao, Collection manager, Mobile # 9963333390 has agreed the mistake and promised to give settlement letter upon regular bill payment and close the issue. We paid the bill (Receipt # 12240487) on 20th Oct 2011 and we had informed to the same person and he promised to send the closing letter. Why we did not receive settlement letter and the legal department people call up again speaking rudely that they are not concerned about the settlement and we have to repay full amount or else case will be filed against us in Delhi.
    We tolerated enough from TATA group and it’s high time that I should address the issue. We are corporate employees and it is unlikely that we will not pay the bill if we have used it. Not even a single time we paid the bill after due date (you can check track record).
    From July to till date we have been explaining to everybody whomsoever call from customer care department very decently in spite of that we were harassed from customer care department people regarding payment of bill and they speak very rudely. There is absolutely no coordination in the team and every time different people call us without updating the issue in the server and every time they question us without knowing the previous discussions. I have not seen such bad and irresponsible team who can blame the customers keeping the mistake totally from your side. This is highly not expected from reputed TATA group team.
    I need a complete justification and proof on what basis the connection plan was changed and the connection was kept active. In spite of settling the issue by paying why we the issue didn’t got closed. I strongly recommend to investigate this case thoroughly and take an action immediately.


    We have raised a complaint against this issue in TATA customer care. The complaint number is 291759641 on 27-DEC-2011. This complaint is still open and there is no progress on this. Now again we are receiving calls from SK choudary from Delhi saying that they are filing a 420 case against us.


    There is complete injustice and it is unfair to blame us. We have all the proofs regarding request we made and I strongly demand apologies from TATA group for the harassment and appreciate if you help in getting the settlement letter and close this issue immediately.
