I am writing this mail with great disappointment. I had full faith on letsbuy.com as it is one among the best in online shopping industry. I have been a regular online shopper. I placed an order on 12th Nov 2011. The order number is LSB-605223. I cancelled one product, Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 (Black), immediately after making the order by making a call to the customer care. The person who attended the call told that the complaint has been registered and the complaint reference number is CC111129708. The problem is that I didn't get my money refunded. I called customer care for around five times and told to look into this problem but the problem has not been solved till today. I have proper proof with me, the invoice and the original packet in which you sent me the other product.
