I have applied for a king Pack combo broadband connection in last week of december 2011,I have got the internet connection on the 1st of january2012 thru ethernet cables without modem, when enquired about the telephone connection on the customer care centre, I got the shock of my life.. they told me " you did not applied for these plan"
But the agent told me that it will be install in 5 to 10 days, nothing is done till today, please advice me how to go about
