I am a subscriber of Tata Communication Broadband internet service account # ACC003866101 User ID: avisekmitra. The representative who had sold the connection had assured that there is a money back guarantee & at any point of time I'll be experiencing minimum 80% of the committed speed. From day one the speed has been fluctuating between 100 - 150 KBPS & from 15th of Dec onwards there has been no connectivity. I have been calling the helpline # of 08060607070 almost everyday to get the service restored. Neither did anyone turnup nor the connection was restored. The guy who sold me your product Chetan Mob# 9035090117 has stopped taking my calls from the very next day post installation, he responded calls made to him from different no's & later after he understood that it was me who was calling from a different number he started disconnecting & the cheque of 4 months advance rental got cleared.
I've had enough of this nonsense and commitment level of all the people I've spoken to so far are so poor that I've completely lost the trust of the TATA brand who is supposed to be one of the most respectable brand name in our country.
With utter frustration I had requested for a disconnection of service towards the mid of January 2012. I called the so called helpline to find about the status of the refund and the Tele caller confirms that the same will be sent to me within the next 60 days.

I have paid INR 4000+ as advance rental for 4 months, used the service for 10 days, spent hours on telephone to seek help to reinstate the connectivity for 2 months and now they are asking me to wait for 2 months.

As a consumer I will not be at the receiving end and thus I am writing at this forum to get some help.
