When I went to Buy the Tata Photon PLus ,I was told that the speeds would range from 1Mbps To 3.2 Mbps,But sadly and regretfully i would like to bring into the notice of Tata tele services that i and many other Tata photon plus users in Jammu And Kashmir are having speeds as low as 2048 bytes per second - 50 kBps ,When i called the tata photon customer care they gave me few steps to follow but all in vain,the speeds are even lower than that of an edge connection.My account is 2 days old and i would like to submit back the photon plus.Speeds are ridiculous and i sincerely believe that tata should either do something about it or face legal action for misleading people.Hope they reply here
