I am from Noida.I am using Airtel broadband for da past 2 years.From last year May 2011,they are charging 85 rs per month as DSL maintenanace charges but thier visiting Engineer who came at my home to resolve a problem told me that from past year may 2011 they stopped taking DSL charges,when i contact customer service centre,they told me that we will lay off 250 rs....When i went thier customer service centre sec-57 ,the guy handdling customer grievences told me that i will lay off DSL charges of past 5 months,but i want full refund from MAY 2011 till jan 2012,else i will register a case a fraud against airtel,as i have all the copies of BILL that they had send me...AIRTEL has the worst service in recent years...
