    Hi,

    I am having MTS Blaze, data card connection (MDN-86948 16521) since 15th Dec'11. I am very happy till date about the services but not in terms of Customer Service. There is no problem in terms of network, speed. Its excellent even I compare with the other operators in the country. Till last everything was fine. Now the real story starts here on 20th Jan'12.

    I have decided that I have to cancel the connection or convert from POST PAID to Pre PAID connection. I called up customer care at 9141-955-955 on 20th Jan'12 to check whether it is possible or not. They said that "Its not possible to convert to Pre Paid connection as its only 1 month old connection and it should be minimum 3 months old, then its possible".

    Then I asked for disconnection as I am not using currently. They have taken the request (SR No-R1262623482), TAT was till 23rd Jan'12. On 22nd I have received a call from 9141-155-155, just to confirm about the disconnection. The Lady has told me that it will be disconnected by 23rd Jan’12 evening if I pay the OUTSTANDING AMOUNT which is Rs.456.64/-.

    I was so happy that I shouldn’t be paying any extra amount for the current month (1st Jan onwards). On Monday, 23rd Jan’12, I made the payment of Rs.457/- through net banking. Immediately that I have called up the customer care to inform about the payment and asked that when it will be disconnected. They said that by tonight (23rd Jan’12) it will be done and promised me that they arrange for a call back. I was waiting for a call from MTS till evening and called up again customer care in the night, spoke to Floor Supervisor by name FAIZAN. He is confirmed that he will help and again promised a call back. Till date neither I have received a call nor anyone informed that I have to visit MTS store and lodge a complaint (written request).

    I had spoken to many customer care executives, supervisors and visited 3 outlets. But nothing helped me in anyway. And SR has been closed without my concern, no resolution. Till date only once 1 call from MTS but I made many times.

    This is really pathetic, disgusting, horrible experience from MTS. MTS stores are really waste, those are not for customers, just for showcasing. I have 6-7 years experience in call centre industry, worked for telecom gaint AIRTEL for 3 years. But I never ever seen this kind of culture, attitude and response in AIRTEL. I should really appreciate AIRTEL customer service.

    Till now nothing has happened. But I hope something will go smoothly/ someonce can help me.
