    Dear consumer-court,
    here I am posting a genuine compliant against Airtel broadband connection.
    I took a Airtel broadband (599 rs) plan in last months of 2009 , my no. was 05224078731. which I continued till march 2010 without any delay in payment and in April I got job in Gurgaon so I did not want to continue with Airtel because there was no one to use services after me in home. I raised ticket from Customer care to discontinue my services but they were forcefully offering me different plans which was cheaper than that. but I just ask to discontinue the services & take away the instruments.this was the month of may 2010 when my last payment was due , I called the concerned person for the settlement the amount with my caution money which I submitted while taking connection.they agreed and after few days a person from Airtel came and took 700rs check as settlement amount and disconnected the connection.
    after few days we received call from Airtel again saying our payment is due, this was shocking for us and we told them about the 700rs settlement case but they denied and said he (person from Airtel) is not authorised to take settlement money , you need to submit it again. I tried to make them clear that I am not going to pay any more money as I have submitted the money already with disconnection request letter which is already sent to office.

    after more than 1 year on 24th Jan 2012 I have received a legal notice to pay 1885rs to airtel as a penalty amount.

    this brings haywire in my family as this is the first time we are seeing such type of legal notice ever which is quite disturbing for us.
    please try to resolve this case ASAP. and tell where I was at fault.

    I want to resolve this case from the Airtel end who always shouts for their customer satisfaction.

    Default 58 recharage

    I got cheated i made a recharge on 23.05.2012. after that when ever i make messages balance get deducted even i made my message free under the scheme of Rs.58 recharge where everyday i get 100 messages free. still i m paying for the mssages
