Dear Sir , I have been Reliance Net Connect ( 8822908785)For the Last 4-5 Months, monthly recharging for rs 1002(10 GB) plan. This monthon 14/01/2011, i was facing problem while recharging for the same amount. The customer care executive , Mr Mintu Phukan told me that there is some technical issue in your Sim and that it has to be Changed. I was given a sim(8822525558 ) on 17/01/2011 after proving rs 55 from my side, with the assurance that i will get the regular 1002 plan activated by72 hours max.
But today itself after 120 hours has passed by ( 23/01/2011) i called up the senior executive, i was informed that there has been a death of one of there collegues and i was asked to keep patience and wait for some time.
Sir i am suffering a lot because of it , and i have no faith in there promises .
Kindly take a strict step and advise me whether i should switch my network company to any other company .
