HELLO,I WAS USING RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION.I HAD CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON 17H MAY'11 AND TOLD THEM TO DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION.THEY SAID IT WILL BE DONE AND A GUY WOULD COME AND COLLECT MODEM FORM YOUR HOUSE.BUT NO ONE CAME .I HAD CALLED ON THE CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL COME AND TAKE.I ALSO SAID WILL THERE BE ANY BILL AFTER 17TH MAY.THEY SAID NO RENT WOULD BE CHARGED.I HAD PAYED MY BILLS TILL 17TH MAY.I HAD CALLED THEM MANY TIMES TO COME TO HOME AND TAKE THE MODEM BUT ON ONE CAME.I HAD ALSO DROPPED MAIL TO NODAL OFFICER OF GUJARAT REGARDING THE PROBLEM BUT NO REPLY CAME. FINALLY AFTER 2 MONTHS THEY CAME AND TOOK THE MODEM.NOW AFTER APPROX ONE YEAR I RECEIVED A CALL FORM RELIANCE SAYING THAT THEY R CALLING FORM POLICE STATION IN DELHI AND THERE IS A CASE FILED AGAINST ME FOR NOT PAYING BILLS TOLD ME TO PAY BILLS OF 2000 IN ONE HOUR OR I WILL HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY OF 35000. No.:100116087576Dear Mr. Bhaduri,I have given a formal request of termination on 17th of May 2011 as I don’t need it any more (I have termination request no. 152928401 with me) I have also given reminder calls to customer care thru phone, inspite that no action has been taken by Reliance till date.I had been paying your monthly bills regularly and the last bill till the date of termination request (17.5.11), will also be paid as per the payment cycle stipulated therein.Further, please also be advised that your failure to comply my termination request till date will be construed as your absolute intentional harassment to the customer & any short of claims for bills etc beyond the date of 18.5.11 against me will not be binding on me.Although, apart from above I have no other service related grievances, & should my needs or reasons change at a later time I will certainly consider your services once again.Your prompt cooperation is appreciated.Sincerely,Saurabh
