This is regarding the speed i am getting on my idea netsetter.(no - 8805086784)
From last 2 mons i am using idea 3g netsetter for which i was properly getting the speed of 7.2 mbps.
When on 15/1/12 i recharged my internet pack for the Rs 599 for 2 GB 30 days validity the speed came down to 236.8 Kbps from 7.2 Mbps.
On 18/1/12 i had given a call to idea customer care regarding the speed. I was then told that my problem will be solved by 20/1/12 before 3 pm. But on 20th also i was getting the speed of 236.8 kbps. So again on 20/1/12 at 3.27pm i called idea customer care . First they were arguing that my devices is not compatible for 7.2 Mbps speed ,when i had given the details of my device , was told that my problem will be solved within 4hrs.
Today on 21/1/12 when i connected idea netsetter ,was getting the speed of 236.8 Kbps. so i had to give call to customer care. The executive who attended my call told me that my problem was solved. when i told her that i am not getting 7.2 Mbps speed she started to argue and did not even care to give the solution.
I also asked her for the technical person number or the address where i can get the solution but she did responded to me.
kindly help me out for the same.
