Sir,
I have DSL connection of Airtel No. 0755 13399815 at my residence, Plan-Rs. 399/- unlimited. I filed lot of complaints with Airtel regarding Link Failure of DSL. But Airtel failed to solve the problem which was persisting from February 2011 to till date when Airtel disconnected my DSL connection without notice.
I Tried to meet personaly the Nodal Officer at Malviya Nagar, Bhopal office but the security persons never allowed to see or meet any of the responsible person at Malviya Nagar office. I also foiled complaints by sending Emails to the nodal.central@airtel.in & vcare.mp@airtel.in but I did not get proper response from them. I requested several times to Airtel to wave off the amount paid by me for the period during which my DSL was out of order, but instead of adjusting the amount they disconnected my DSL connection.
All bills are paid by me & I requested to them to continue myu services but till dat they are harrasing and not giving any response.
