Dear sir/madam,
I am using a airtel no and I recharged it with 3g plan of rs 200 for one month on 10 january 2012.since that time I am not getting 3g speed on my handset. So I registered a complaint for the same issue and they promised that this problem will be rectified within 7 days and within 7 days I got a message that your problen had been solved from our side but I don't think so, my problem is still same.
And 2nd thing is that I have switched from airtel to Aircel by thinking that airtel provide best internet service but I was wrong. Airtel might be good for network but Aircel is best for customer satisfaction.
I tried to contact airtel customer care for a problem but the executives answered irresponsibly and carelessly and disconnected the call 5-6 times without helping me. After that I talked to nodal officer and complained against those executives. I don't know the exact date and time.it might be 11,12,13 january 2012. For further reference you can check the recordings and call logs from my mobile number[+918802622212]. At last some one committed that my problem will be solved within a week but this was not ending.after 5 or 6 days I got a message that your problem had been solved from our side but I was still facing the same problem. Within these days I tried to contact customer care service but my number was blacklisted from their side. So I dialled12118(airtel technical helpline number). I was shocked to see that the guys are picking the call but not responding to me and disconnecting the call after some time but I can clearly able to hear their chitchat sound in background. I tried this number around 10 to 15 times but every time the result was same. After some time I got a call from their senior supervisor regularly from a mobile number (+919872335656) and he starting using abusive language on the call so I disconnected the call. I want to know that why airtel is carrying these type of employees with them who don't even know the way of talking with customers. Is airtel paying them salary to do mental harassment to customers. This is matter of shame for a company like Airtel. I am thinking that I did a wrong choice by switching to airtel.
My only request to you is that please refund my amount if you can't help me in this case.
