i had seen a add in quikr.com regarding the mobile sale.i had sent mail to tht person ...he told me to do bank transfer nd given his mobile number nd account details.thn i transfered the amnt but now he refused frm the deal........wt shud i do...is this possible tht i can take cash back from bank...
